Harvey dropped over 25 TRILLION gallons of water in Texas and Louisiana. The immensity of water volume carried in our warming atmosphere by massive storms like Harvey is truly difficult to even comprehend (over 25 trillion gallons of precipitation). Though power plant cooling towers do create steam clouds under the right conditions, are power plant cooling towers really being covertly used to supply all the moisture for weather systems? Even for hurricanes? Is this even mathematically possible? Deluges and catastrophic floods are increasing all over the globe, what are the primary factors? Numerous activists have requested me to address the facts just mentioned, the 10 minute video below is my reply.
Again, though the water vapor emitted from cooling towers can and does create impressive cloud formations under the right conditions, this is a very different issue than being the primary mechanisms of Earth's atmospheric water vapor generation for fueling storms which is what some are falsely claiming. The primary driver of Earth's hydrological cycle is more evaporation from a warming planet and warming seas (which climate engineering is making worse overall, not better). If power plant cooling towers were a primary (or even significant) source of storm and hurricane moisture, why aren't hurricanes actually forming over land? If "ocean based water vapor machines" are the source of moisture for hurricanes, why has not a single "ocean based water vapor machine" ever been photographed or documented in any way?

Cooling towers
Cooling towers do not add excessive amounts of water vapor to the atmosphere, in fact that form of technology has greatly diminished over the last two decades. Evaporative cooling of water to in turn cool machinery has high maintenance costs, looses expensive water and chemical additives, plus is a potential source of Legionaries disease where in many metropolitan areas monthly testing in mandatory.
Advances in mechanical refrigeration have rendered cooling towers obsolete except in major power plants. New refrigerants that are ozone friendly, which are also up to 25 percent more efficient in their heat exchange capacity, coupled with larger condensers, micro electronic controls, and advances in compressor technology have replaced evaporative cooling towers in nearly all cases of new buildings and as old towers fail they are either eliminated or replaced with closed loop or just more efficient versions such as dry coolers.
Having spent over 30 years designing, installing, repairing and maintaining industrial manufacturing and power generation heating and cooling equipment I can state with complete authority, the argument of cooling towers adding significantly to atmospheric moisture is either misinformed, misinformation, or both.

The sources who claim "power plant cooling towers are supplying all the moisture for clouds and storms" (even hurricanes over the ocean) often refer to patent # US 20100074390 A1 as proof of their claims.
But what is the real purpose of this "vapor generation" patent? The two excerpts below have been taken from the patent in question.
A cloud for blocking sunlight is formed in the sky from the water vapor jetted to reduce the temperature of the earth surface. This enables a weather modification without discharging any greenhouse gas, e.g., CO2.
How much power is required in order for this patent to even be feasable?
Provided that 10 nuclear fusion reactors each of a 1,000,000-Kw class are arranged, for example, vapor of a volume 10-fold that of each of the nuclear fusion reactors
To more completely understand the total irrelevance of the "vapor generator" patent, another statement from Mechanical Engineering / cooling tower contractor Geoffrey Taylor is below:
In this time of environmental crisis, ideas are crucial, but these ideas must be based on even the most rudimentary laws of physics and common sense. This is an absolutely absurd patent? Proposition? Word document???
It's pseudo technical language describes nothing more than using Fusion which doesn't exist yet, a test plant may come on line in 20 years, or a standard fission nuclear power plant to generate water vapor combating the suns rays.
First, water vapor is a poor reflector so using it as a basis for the invention is nonsense.
Second, the amount of energy needed for a global envelope of cloud cover is incalculable. One small hurricane produces 6x10to the 14th watts, 200 times the entire world wide power grid. We would have to build tens of thousands of nuclear power plants to maybe deliver enough power.
Third, to get the steam to the upper atmosphere would require 10 plus thousand feet of pipe 20 foot in diameter. Pushing the weight or "head" of the steam requires more power the higher you go. Water has mass, that is why it falls as rain. As the steam rises into the cooler atmosphere it will cool, condense and run down the pipe.
Next, Alkaline steam…. Boil water and the impurities stay while the water vapor rises, thats pretty basic.
Some sources theorize that hundreds of ships armed with fusion power plants and ten thousand foot smoke stacks will be roaming the ocean as well as countless more nuclear plants covering the globe, with their ten thousand foot stacks don't forget.
So much other nonsense can be easily disputed, common sense people. These are dangerous times, think and act with serious purpose.
Are there any existing facilities that have actually been constructed according to this patents design? None known. To be clear, this patent outlines a potential process to create artificial cloud cover, it does not claim the ability to function as a primary water source for producing precipitation.
The fight to expose and halt the climate engineering assault is the most critical battle we face. If we are to have even the slightest chance of prevailing, credibility is crucial. We must all investigate before coming to conclusions in order to ensure any information we share is actually credible.

Misinformation is one of the primary vehicles used by government agencies for the past 60+ years. Agencies are very effective at executing this strategy as they have had many opportunities to practice their craft including UFOs.
They secure support from noted authors in the field to write articles or books that will later be found to have a fatal factual flaw that will discredit the book and every other one like it. They create experts who become world renowned speakers and researchers on a topic and then at the peak the expert either disappears or is discredited for false research.
They create fake incidents that mirror the issue they wish to discredit. The fake incidents might be like "crop circles" where they are clearly hiring people to do that and it generates a substantial following of believes. Some time later the facts are exposed and the primary people involved might even confess.
In fact, the misinformation strategy creates far more data and feedback than the event itself.
Even if you manage to eliminate any incidents of false believe from legitimate followers, the number of fake and mis-informers will far outweigh the inadvertant or misguided ones from actual members of the group.
The best way to fight these strategies is to actively de-bunk them as soon as they come up – book published, discredited – event reported, discredited, new incident, discredited, etc.

At least for the bulk of 2017 YTD, I've noticed the fluffy, cumulus looking clouds are much lower than normal. As low as rain clouds, it seems. When the weather is warm here in the northeast, they're accompanied by a greyish pink haze, even on dry days. It's definitely not normal.
I don't know if it's related but a few springs ago we'd have spring thunderstorms, but there would be thunder sounding once every 30 seconds or so, same pitch with less dynamics like a normal thundershower, and very little lightning. I didn't think of it then but definitely feel like there's experimenting going on.

Tuesday 7pm (PHL) and I just got nuked – chemically nucleated that is. A hot, dry day, upper 80's and they came along and knocked it down to 66 with some of that special rain with a little hail mixed in . My hunch is that they are so scared of what will be coming soon that they are on their best behavior to keep us cool.

For more than five years Truthdig.com has been fully tolerant of my comments which explain geoengineering, allowing links to this site and anything else credible and appropriate. Photos are also permitted. The recent explosion of comments there has naturally taken in a robust population of trolls, but there are also genuine skeptics and supporters. Truthout.org had been fairly tolerant, but they've now done away with comments altogether. Alternet may or may not be a promising forum, but it's worth a try. T J Coles is a columnist there, and his outstanding document "Weather Weapons: The Dark World of Environmental Warfare" is a mainstay of my arsenal of information. I say we all need to go on the CommonDreams.org website and inundate them with the statement that we've heard they have a policy of squelching mention of geoengineering and ask why, since it's a topic that is as plain as daylight and the evidence for it is public information including the U.S.patent.gov website and Congressional record. You'll have stack-and-pack 4 and 5 story housing, all crammed together near major freeways and rail lines, and let suburbia rot and return to the wild lands, as in some of the neighborhoods in Detroit after the financial meltdown in 2008. The idea is to bulldoze suburbia, let it return to wilderness, and pack everyone in multi-unit housing with NO yard, NO park and NO playfields– just garages for the ubiquitous 2-car households.

We have also had no summer in the UK. This happened in the past but this time I have noticed the trees they look seriously ill. The leaves have turned brown already. The plants I grew this year have all failed due to lack of Sun. The only plant doing fairly well are my runner beans. This is madness. Why cannot people see what is happening. Has anyone on the east coast noticed that since March 2017, we have rain all through the summer? Most odd weather this year as the temperature in Toronto barely made it over 30. Usually in July it will hit 40 – 42 Celcius. We had no summer this year all rain and overcast.

Yesterday we had a brief respite from the gray, but with the usual heavy spraying, today it's windy and raining sideways.
We are experiencing a sore terror with the building nanoparticulate in the sky. Namely that during the afternoon when the nanoparticulate is most illuminated from sunlight, vision is extremely bad. I think I'm going blind every day. Then as day declines, color and light and shadow comes back. Vision improves. How about that? Shouldn't it be the other way around? My best vision is after sundown when the airborne weapons are no longer significantly affecting the quality of light. I'm not sure this is even intelligible. Let alone whether anyone else experiences the effect. If so I'd like to hear from you. Sheer terror of losing my eyesight every day. Five days ago I was able to read books by daylight. Lately it has been almost impossible. Is it my eyes, or is it the bizarre lighting effect of nanoparticulate in the sky? Someone a while ago stated that one should not even look at such skies, that there is risk of losing eyesight.
I too have been having problems with my vision. With all the Nano particulates floating around in the sky. My eyes have been very dry and the tissue around my eyes very inflamed and red. I have no doubt that this is caused by all the spraying of our skies. Warm compresses seem to help a bit.
Follow-up: The sun has gone down. I can see a thousand times more detail in my husband's face. Detail emerges in my surroundings. Such is the power of the nano-weapon occupying the sky this afternoon. The last few afternoons, every day has found me worrying about blindness at about the same time of day – later afternoon. There is a cacophony of splintered light in the atmosphere. Aluminized light or whatever it is. The light cast inside this bright kitchen by the nano-filth destroys vision. They have, by intention or blunder, weaponized sunlight by distortion. I find myself awaiting sunset so I can see again. How perverse is that?

I have blue eyes which are more sensitive to light/UV radiation, and always wear either sunglasses or a wide-brim visor for protection while outdoors. Since we are being bombarded with dangerous levels of UV B, suggest all do the same.

When we first investigated the spraying in Mexico when we lived there during 2008, someone employed in security/think tank work said a lot of the nanoparticulate fields were for the purpose of surveillance.
Because it has been our observation, living along the Mexican-US border, that since the latest presidential installation took place, a fog blankets the region which does not seem to be related to weather. I'm glad to see this cooling tower disinformation campaign getting nipped in the bud. I really don't see how anyone in their right mind could possibly calculate that itty bitty little trucks like the TM 65 decontamination unit or a couple of power plant cooling towers could somehow output enough water vapor to cause large storms– sheesh, just think about it a little bit– goodness! It's a whole lot like the F.E.M.A. "concentration" camps urban legend that says there are lots of camps being built out in the country that will be used to incarcerate innocent citizens who've done nothing other than to happen to be alive during a time when their government is breaking down, that everyone's mailbox has been marked with either a red, blue or yellow sticker and that they will be rounded up in transport trucks exactly like all the Jews who got hauled off in roundups (as if history exactly repeats– no, but it does rhyme, ha!), at 4 a.m. then will be used to perform forced labor, or re-educated, or immediately killed and incinerated. Suppose, for the sake of argument, the mere fact that Wikipedia has labeled FEMA camps "conspiracy theory" should indicate debunking efforts to divide and confuse the population.
Further investigation on my part reveals Operation Garden Plot and Rex 84, plans for closing military bases to use as holding facilities for whoever they were rounding up, and Army plans and policy for interment and civilian inmate labor in prison camps on Army installations.
Knowing what I know to be true about our so-called "government's" fraud, lies of omission, felonies and treason, and the evil intentions of the shadow government et al, does it really surprise anyone that elaborate plans have been made for when shit hits the fan? I guess what bothers me is how very quickly people jump to the most awful thing they can think of when that may not be the case, not that our military is cuddly or cute. Given that our military basically destroyed Earth, I envision many peoples' anger when it final f-ingly dawns on them if ever. And from wide reading from around the world, it seems highly possible that many millions will try to make it to America, especially as Europe shuts its doors. And that would include diseases. I served in the US military during the 1980's. For what it's worth, I can attest to the fact that the Soviets employed decontamination units such as the TMS-65 during that era. The strategic importance of the Fulda Gap, along with the threat of potential nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) warfare were very much the topic of the times. US military personnel were expected to memorize, and recognize upon sight, Soviet (Warsaw Pact) equipment and aircraft. Tons of paper and miles of film were dedicated to that end. Such training included Soviet decontamination (decon) techniques, to include units such as the TMS-65.

Watched Kevin Shipp's presentation again from Redding. Corruption and deception. Is that not what we're dealing with? So let me see if I've got this right: our shadow government, which includes at least 17 surveillance and security agencies, KNOWS that the overwhelming majority of what they do is immoral, unethical, illegal, and unconstitutional, yet they happily do it anyway. Otherwise, other than attempts to safeguard their secretive operations and thus their gravy train, why the hell would whistleblowers like Kevin Shipp be considered any kind of threat? It is precisely BECAUSE they know that what they do is, by any other definition, WRONG! So their threats of prosecution (or worse) is because the release of whistleblower information is not just a threat to "national security," it threatens blowing the lid off their illegal, unconstitutional, and very WRONG game.The very reason our government hasn't come completely clean to the American public about geoengineering is precisely BECAUSE they know on a fundamental human psychological level that what they're doing is WRONG. First, the satellite photos they use, even over land, often show cloud formations half the size of the state they originate in, and i have asked whether anyone has bothered to take video WHILE such an undeniable cloud is being formed that you can see it from space covering half the state. the proportion is clearly off between what they show on the ground and what they claim from the satellite footage.

Oh Susan, I so feared this. Much of our family is in Oregon, especially nearish Medford and in the Klamath Mountains, as is my oldest grandson on the 5 acres he bought this year. There is no way to reach him. No Wifi. His property abuts a National Forest and was previously heavily logged. He tells me about the house he wants to build, but as yet, has no water supply. And that boy-young man actually, is slow-not mentally, physically. When he talks of his future there, and wanting me there with him, I just don't know what to say. He knows good and well all about geoengineering, and yet? Not to mention my talks of wildfires. Luckily, his nearest neighbor is a retired, high up the chain, military dude whose best friend? is Colin Powell?!!!! I can't wait to meet This man! Who has lived there for years and is being good to my grandson, slowly sharing stories. My one calm in this is knowing an able bodied adult is there! Hi, I have been helping victims of Hurricane Harvey. As I was trying to help to save people who were about to drown; I somehow came across your information. Can you imagine my horror at reading all of this? As I am hearing first hand what is happening to them during the hurricane. The flooding, re flooding; the evacuations, the new evacuations as more water fell down on them. I am so torn, not wanting to believe that someone would do this to women, children, the disabled, the elderly but having no choice but to believe.
I don't understand how anyone could do this to their fellow humans. People are suffering so much right now. I cry every time I hear that someone has been rescued. Now I am angry for those people. What can we do? I there anything that can be done? I am very afraid that Irma is on its way to hurt more people.

For me it was observation and knowledge of aircraft that made me search for anything on this subject. I am ex military RAF so I know there is something very wrong when I see the skies filled with fake contrails otherwise know as chemical trails. These are NOT created by normal aviation fuel. However at least you know the truth.

During Hurricane Harvey, I've also come across terrible fires in CA and wondering if that's another way to destroy us. It also seem it's very difficult to match those in need to donations of food, water, supplies. It's beginning to work for the small towns though many still need help. Hello Adam, the video you have posted is the exact rocket engine testing facility that I addressed in our video (and it is in the US). Yes, some clouds are created from the rocket engine testing, but this cloud cover contains only a minimal amount of H20. Further, this facility is not designed, used, or capable of any larce scale weather modification.

A NASA rocket mission is set to form white artificial clouds that will glow in the night sky, to study disturbances in the upper atmosphere that interfere with communication and technology systems. The artificial clouds will be visible to residents of the Republic of the Marshall Islands during two rocket flights to occur between August 29 and September 9, the US space agency said. The Waves and Instabilities from a Neutral Dynamo (WINDY) mission will study a phenomenon that occurs in the ionosphere – a layer of charged particles in the upper atmosphere. Known as equatorial spread F (ESF) these disturbances occur after sunset at latitudes near the equator in part of the ionosphere known as the F region. The disturbances interfere with radio communication, navigation and imaging systems and pose a hazard to technology and society that depends on it. The WINDY mission consists of two NASA suborbital sounding rockets that will be launched nearly simultaneously in a window between 8 and 11 pm local time from August 29 through September 9 from the island of Roi-Namur . The Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands is near the magnetic equator, where post-sunset ionosphere storms are more intense, making the site an ideal location for these studies, NASA said. One rocket will carry a substance called tri-methyl aluminium (TMA), which will form the white artificial clouds that glow in the night sky. Scientists on the ground photograph the movement of these clouds to measure the winds and energetic particles that are in motion in the upper atmosphere. The clouds are expected to be visible for about 30 minutes. The first rocket launched, a two-stage 47-foot long Black Brant IX rocket, will carry and release both TMA and lithium. The release of the lithium vapours is not visible to the naked-eye but can be viewed with special cameras on the ground. Both TMA and lithium, which are harmless to residents on the ground when released at these altitudes, move with the atmospheric winds and can therefore be used to determine the wind speeds and direction over the area where these ionosphere storms are occurring. TMA reacts spontaneously on contact with oxygen to produce a pale white glow visible from the ground. For the WINDY mission, sunlight reflected by the Moon, will illuminate lithium producing an emission that can be detected with cameras equipped with narrow-band filters. Using moonlight allows the launches to occur later in the evening when the critical ESF conditions occur. The second rocket, a two-stage 36-foot long Terrier- Malemute, will be launched five minutes after the first rocket. It will carry instruments to measure ionosphere densities and electric and magnetic fields present in these storms. The ionosphere is defined as the layer of Earth’s atmosphere that is ionised by solar and cosmic radiation. Ionisation occurs when incoming energetic radiation strips electrons from atoms and molecules, creating temporarily charged particles.

I can't imagine anyone who is a serious activist, or seeker of truth, who would not be grateful to have this (short video explanation) available to them, not only to increase their own understanding, but also to have something (to share as a tool) to help others understand as well. Our goal as activists, serious activists, should be about nothing more than our 'end-goal' of exposing and stopping geoengineering. We'll accomplish that only with the credibility that comes from careful research and verifiable facts – insistence on it. This is life-or-death serious, and not something to take lightly or as a part-time pastime where friendships and membership alliance with clubs/groups or ideology is more important. People might lose 'friends' when they insist on solid evidence, but they won't lose their own solace or identity as someone who truly wanted to bring geoengineering to a stop.
