The cover of the November 2015 issue of National Geographic is focused on the "proposal" of global geoengineering. This is the feature article within the issue. "Popular Mechanics" has also just addressed the geoengineering and its "potential" utilization for suppressing hurricanes. Historical records prove beyond doubt that climate engineering has been fully deployed on a substantial scale for over 65 years (hurricane suppression for over 53 years), so why do major publications continue to lie about this blatant reality? Because that is what they are paid to do. Once global populations fully grasp the gravity of the biosphere collapse that is rapidly unfolding around them (further exacerbated by geoengineering), our paradigm will overturn. The power structure is trying desperately to hide reality for as long as possible. Unfortunately, most environmental groups and organizations are major participants in geoengineering denial. I and several other activists just attended a global warming presentation with standing room only, we made sure that the geoengineering subject was not omitted from this event. The weekly news update below covers the issues just mentioned in addition to the latest aspects of our disintegrating planet and the power structure's ongoing attempts to hide reality until the last moments. Regarding the October 28th Northern California college conference I attended on climate change, astoundingly, during the entire presentation of videos and speakers (which lasted nearly 2 hours), the subjects of stratospheric aerosol geoengineering and solar radiation management were not even mentioned by the presenters, not once. In the Q and A session one audience member was allowed to mention the issue which seemed to cause great discomfort to the program presenters. In the final moments of the event I stood and announced a few key points like the recent gag orders placed on NWS and NOAA employees, massive congressional reports on geoengineering, and the fact that geoengineering must be included in any legitimate discussion on climate change. I informed the audience that free informational DVDs and flyers would be available in the hallway outside the event (we were told we were not allowed to distribute within the auditorium). I was able to corner and converse with several of the event organizers in the hallway as they left. I have known them for years although they have long since distanced themselves from me and the geoengineering issue. On this night, they were not able to omit the geoengineering reality, or, in the end, to hide it from their audience. It is a profound paradox that many of the people who claim to care most about the environment are all too often the ones that are most unwilling to face the greatest environmental and human health threat of all, the global climate engineering assault. Doubling Down On Geoengineering, Upcoming Conference To Discuss Microwaving The Atmosphere

The programmed human delusional mindset of the "techno fix" will very soon lead us to the total extermination of all life on Earth if it is not stopped. Methane is rapidly saturating the atmosphere of our planet. There have been countless triggers and causal factors to the unfolding cataclysm occurring over our heads, but the single greatest component of biosphere decimation is climate engineering. They are urgently proposing the immediate deployment of mobile RF (radio frequency) transmitters to microwave the atmosphere with opposing frequencies. This proposal is a last ditch effort of total desperation to try and degrade the atmospheric methane buildup. There will be a presentation to address this "proposal" at the American Meteorological Society's 18th Conference on Atmospheric Chemistry, January 10-14, 2016, in New Orleans. Unfortunately, these same Arctic scientists are either completely disconnected from reality or lying about the fact that geoengineering has already been going on for 65 years or more. The microwaving of the atmosphere to attempt degrading of methane (check project LUCY and Alamo) has also likely already been fully deployed long ago and is furthering the overall decimation of the climate system. Project "LUCY" and "ALAMO" The atmospheric methane acts like a layer of glass, thermal energy comes in, but cannot effectively escape. The continuing expansion of geoengineering is nothing more than an escalation of the already catastrophic destruction inflicted by these programs. Climate engineering is the "cure" that is even worse than the crisis it claims to mitigate. Microwaving the atmosphere will only further exacerbate already unimaginable environmental destruction. The latest NOAA "forecast" map below is alarming to say the least. It is nothing more than the scheduled weather from private defense contractor Raytheon. All the weather modeling for the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (both organizations now have federal "gag orders" placed on them) is done by Raytheon, who is also heavily involved in climate engineering. The radical imbalance reflected in the NOAA map below will worsen as the climate engineers continue to chemically cool selected regions on a rapidly warming planet. Each color shade above reflects a 2-3 degree "departure from normal temperatures". If this NOAA map does not alarm you, it should. The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) is the largest scientific panel ever created in human history on any subject. Contrary to what many would like to believe about the IPCC, they are not exaggerating the severity of global warming, but radically underreporting it. Thawing methane deposits (the most threatening climate factor of all) is not even considered in IPCC climate models. The buildup of thermal energy on our planet is already skyrocketing beyond comprehension (the equivalent heat energy of 400,000 Hiroshima bombs per day). El nino continues to build as sea surface temperatures go off the charts. Ocean temperatures are going off the charts The bottom line is this, we are in completely uncharted waters. The ever increasing layers of climate engineering insanity are exponentially increasing the severity of what we collectively face. The January 2016 meeting of the American Meteorological Society in New Orleans is an important event that should be attended by as many anti-geoengineering activists as possible. Any activists that do attend should arm themselves with credible informational flyers to distribute. It is up to all of us to send the following message: it is not OK for societies and scientists to participate in the lethal climate engineering programs in pursuit of their paychecks and pensions. We must send the message that the public will soon enough hold them legally and morally accountable for their criminal actions. Weather warfare is ramping up around the globe as the climate continues to disintegrate. NASA states on the record that "Earth is running out of water" but they will never mention the climate engineering insanity that is the core cause of expanding global drought conditions. The ongoing fracking insanity is poisoning much of our remaining ground water. Damage control measures are being implemented by an ever more desperate power structure that wants to hide reality for as long as possible. The recent "gag orders" placed on all National Weather Service employees and all National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration employees are a glaring sign of this desperation. Those that agreed to accept the criminal cabal's oath of silence will be dealt with in the harshest imaginable fashion by agencies like the CIA and Homeland Security if they choose to tell the truth. Hurricane Patricia, Weather Warfare, Power Structure Desperation, And Climate Disintegration
Dane Wigington geoengineeringwatch.org Hurricane "Patricia" is only the latest glaring example of the power structure's manipulation of Earth's rapidly unraveling climate system. Hurricane manipulation has long since been "business as usual" for the massive global climate engineering infrastructure. Historical documents prove the reality of the ongoing total government involvement with climate engineering, this includes extensive congressional reports. Though early efforts to manipulate hurricanes were disclosed, such programs have long since gone under the radar. Even "gag orders" have now been placed on government weather agencies like NWS and NOAA. Weather warfare is the weapon of choice for the global power brokers, this weapon is used to keep non-submissive countries in line. Hurricane Patricia exploded with an unprecedented increase in intensity that was so rapid computer models could not even follow it, completely "stumping scientists". The military industrial complex and the criminals that control them always have many agendas being carried out at once. In addition to impacting Mexico (perhaps for its ramped up trade and cooperation with Asia and for utilizing currencies other than the US dollar), the moisture from hurricane "Patricia" is being pumped toward the Northeast where it is being heavily aerosolized and chemically ice nucleated in order to cool down portions of the US. This process is used for engineered winter storms if the temperatures are cold enough. When it is too warm, the process simply cools down the temperatures on the ground as the colder air sinks. Extensive atmospheric moisture is needed in order to produce the engineered cool-downs that have been repeatedly orchestrated over much of the eastern half of the US in recent years. The short term engineered cool-downs come at the cost of a far worsened overall warming. As the planetary meltdown continues to accelerate, the climate engineers are constantly "doubling down" on their climate modification assault of total insanity. Moisture from "Patricia" will by utilized to cool parts of the US, the consequences are irrelevant to the weather makers. The brighter white cloud cover that shows up in the combination satellite radar image below is indicative of the most heavily aerosolized cloud cover. This bright white expands out in every direction from any core concentrations of atmospheric moisture. This is the the goal of solar radiation management, to create as much cloud canopy as possible, again, the overall consequences are not relevant for the climate engineers as they carry out a multitude of agendas for their own purposes. Flows of moisture into the western US are being completely aerosolized. This creates hazy white featureless skies over vast outlying areas and can greatly reduce or eliminate precipitation altogether in those areas, further fueling the already epic drought in the US West. As mentioned, the moisture from "Patricia" has been and continues to be heavily sprayed (saturated) with aerosols. This creates a temporary (and highly toxic) cool-down for portions of the US. As this moisture migrates over the eastern US in the coming days, the desired temporary cool-down sought by the climate engineers is now forecast to occur as the latest NOAA map below reflects. The latest NOAA winter outlook map is below. In spite of record warm oceans and record warm temperatures predicted for all regions surrounding the southern US, miraculously, below normal temperatures are predicted for the southern tear of states. Welcome to "engineered winter". Just as the moisture from "Patricia" is being used to temporarily cool regions of the US, the flow of moisture from el nino this winter will be utilized to cool some regions while the rest of the planet descends into meltdown. The GISS "departure from normal high temperature" map below covers a two year period from 2013 to 2015, clearly, the most anomalously below normal temperature zone in the entire world has been the eastern half of the North American continent. This anomaly is a direct result of constant and extremely aggressive climate engineering. In regard to the ongoing climate engineering nightmare, it is imperative to remember many agendas are being carried out at once. "This OR that" dichotomous thinking needs to be abandoned, with one exception, there is NO benevolence in regard to the geoengineering/weather warfare insanity, NONE. Government Implements Illegal “Gag Order” On National Weather Service And NOAA Employees

The growing police state is completely out of control and becoming unimaginably blatant with their actions. In recent weeks Washington has placed "gag orders" on the following agency employees, "The National Weather Service", the "National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration", and the "US Department of Commerce". This is a massive red flag that should trigger alarm bells everywhere. Click PDF button to open full document Bill Hopkins, the executive vice president for the National Weather Service employees organization (NWSEO) said this: “As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.” Jeff Ruch, the executive director "PEER" (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility) said this about the "gag orders". “The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced,” Ruch noted that the broad scope of the gag orders put much of what goes on inside the agency under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.” Some time ago I personally spoke to an NOAA scientist that said "we all know it is going on (climate engineering) but we are afraid to speak out, we have no first amendment protection". The new "gag order" is a further muzzling of the NWS and NOAA. It is likely there are many in the National Weather Service and NOAA that have had enough of lying about what is really going on in our skies. Massive atmospheric aerosol spraying assaults are constant around the globe. Almost all meteorologists have so far denied the all too obvious ongoing climate engineering operations. Other weather agencies and personnel have also been actively engaged in public deception. What did BBC "meteorologist" Ian Fergusson say about the picture below? "When rain, ice crystals or snow falls but evaporates before reaching the ground, it's a (natural) phenomenon called 'virga' or 'fallstreak'." The so called "experts" are naming jet aircraft sprayed aerosol clouds as if they are produced by nature. A report from PEER contains the following statement: This summer, the National Weather Service began requiring a signed confidentiality agreement (Exhibit I) from NWSEO participants along with all participants on the OWA teams. These agreements purport to bind NWSEO representatives from communicating with its members, members of Congress or any other person regarding agency plans and how they are determined. These agreements also do not contain terms allowing reports of actual or impending law or rule violations, gross mismanagement, waste or abuse. The PEER report continued with this: The National Weather Service, NOAA and Commerce are presently implementing and enforcing nondisclosure agreements which violate the law. We are officially living in an Orwellian police state where any who dare to try and tell the truth are dealt with severely. Forcing the employees of "national" weather and climate agencies to sign "confidentiality agreements is extremely alarming (with unimaginable potential consequences), but not surprising given what we know about the cataclysms being caused by the rapidly growing climate engineering elephant in the room. Some may mistake the "gag order" to be only about union issues, this is not the case as quotes above (taken from the PEER reports) make clear. The decimation and mortality that has already been inflicted on our biosphere and all life from global geoengineering is so immense it could never be calculated. The weather warfare insanity is finally becoming all but impossible to hide, the recent "gag orders" are a sign of true desperation on the part of the power structure. What isn't the power structure controlled western media propaganda machine telling you? Did the US corporate media ever mention that the plans to topple Iraq and a half dozen other Middle Eastern countries was in place just over a week after the 911 catastrophe? Was this Zbigniew Brzezinski's "grand chessboard" strategy being carried out? Is it just a coincidence that all of these countries were subjected to catastrophic drought leading up to their destabilization? Was this intended weather warfare? Massive US Senate Document On National And Global Weather Modification

How much more historical proof do we need of the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare before the denial of the masses crumbles? It is a mountain of information that further confirms the ongoing extensive involvement of our government in climate modification/weather warfare. US Navy Offensive Biological Warfare “Training” Video Is Beyond Shocking
Those that doubt the twisted and psychotic nature of our own military need to consider long and hard the contents of the newly declassified 14 minute video below from 1952. The entire composition of this military "training" film is far beyond disturbing and alarming. The criminal cabal that currently rules the world are well aware of the fact that populations are beginning to wake up to their ongoing global atmospheric spraying programs of total decimation and omnicide.
