Geoengineering Watch: Our First Ever High Altitude Atmospheric Testing

One of the aircraft we conducted our testing missions in is also used by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for their atmospheric testing operations. The Geoengineering Watch team carried out multiple sample gathering flights in the high altitude haze layer being emitted by large jet carriers. The lingering, spreading and sun blocking jet aircraft trails are not just condensation as we have been told by government sources. The dimming of direct sunlight by aircraft dispersed particles, a form of global warming mitigation known as “Solar Radiation Management”, is ongoing. Google & Soros-backed ‘Fact-Checkers’ Join Forces To Control News Search Results
Source: RT Google has partnered with an organization largely funded by billionaire George Soros to “fact-check” news stories, a move that could affect search results for certain news agencies. Erica Anderson, Partnerships Manager at Google News Lab, announced Thursday that the company will partner with the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) at the Poynter Institute to “fact-check” news stories that appear on the search engine.

We are told by all "official sources" that the sun blocking weather disrupting jet dispersed trails we see in our skies are only "condensation trails". The "condensation trail" official narrative is perhaps the greatest lie the power structure has ever perpetrated to pacify the masses into ignoring the immense threat posed by climate engineering operations occurring over our heads on a daily basis. Without knowing any of the related science facts on this issue, anyone with a sense of reason should be able to determine the fact that our skies are being sprayed. Trails that are turned on and off, grid patterns one day and nothing the next (in spite of often identical atmospheric conditions). Witnessing one jet leaving a trail from horizon to horizon adjacent to another jet at a similar altitude that leaves virtually nothing. Trails of completely dissimilar compositions and colors. There are misaligned plumes behind some jets (usually lower flying military tankers) that do not match the alignment of the engines themselves. This causes some of the sprayed dispursion trails to shoot out slightly to one side of the aircraft (not parallel due to misaligned nozzles). There is also of course the fact that all climate science circles and governments around the globe are clamoring for climate engineering to be deployed (though none in these communities will yet admit to the truth, geoengineering was fully deployed decades ago). Our society has been well trained to accept the official narrative on countless issues which is how those in power hide their crimes in plain site. The fact that official explanations for what we see in our skies are completely contrary to deductive reasoning and the laws of physics has, so far, seemed not to matter to the majority of the population. They say that it is perfectly normal for this "condensation" so stay in the sky for hours or days, widening and spreading until whole horizons are completely blotted out. What we see is exactly what they say they want to do with solar radiation management (SRM), but they assure us that geoengineering is not actually going on, yet. Those that choose to believe these blatant lies simply do not yet want to wake up. The Paris Climate Conference, What’s The Real Agenda?

What is really going on behind the endless assault of smoke and mirrors erected and orchestrated by those in power? Police clash with protesters in Paris before the start of the climate change conference The recent terrorist attacks (false flag?) have not only given the global power structure exactly the excuse they needed to further ramp up their intervention in Syria and other Middle Eastern counties, it also handed to them the pretext to completely clamp down on any form of protest at the Paris climate talks. There is no rational denial of these facts. “All this makes us think that the state of emergency is being used as a way to shut us up,” said Juliette Rousseau, who coordinates a coalition of environmental and social justice groups known as Climat 21. Pushing The Ongoing Global Geoengineering Insanity The Paris climate conference is ultimately not about curbing global greenhouse gases, or slowing the mass planetary decimation being caused by industrialized society, it is about, yet again, doubling down on the status quo and climate engineering. Industrialized civilization is destroying the planet's ability to support life, global geoengineering is the absolute epitome of the industrialized/militarized destruction. The reality we have all known is spiraling into total collapse, we are far past the point of no return in regard to the once thriving planet that we previously knew. This being said, there is yet one quantum leap we could collectively make in the right direction, to fully expose and halt the global weather warfare/climate engineering assault while there is still some part of Earth's life support systems left to salvage. Dichotomous thinking must be abandoned if grounded conclusions are to be reached. Honest objective investigation without bias is essential. Claim: The major global powers are actually trying to force a legally binding carbon reduction treaty. If that was true, why did the US and France already start backpedaling on any binding agreement before the climate talks even started? Claim: France has preemptively arrested "climate deniers" before the start of the conference. Though draconian arrests have indeed been carried out, available information indicates the incarcerations were of those who threatened to protest the lack of climate action, not of those denying climate change. Claim: Global geoengineering will be legalized at the Paris conference. In all previous climate conferences, global climate modification has never been admitted to as an ongoing reality. Thus far, there is no credible information to indicate the Paris meeting will admit to or confirm the geoengineering reality, let alone legalize it. Claim: Global warming is just a "problem, reaction, solution" scenario that has been manufactured by those in power as a means of producing profits. Also claimed: Global warming does not exist or cannot be verified unless or until climate engineering is halted. If a person was found injured and unconscious, but the cause or various causes of the injury were not yet known, admitted to, or conclusively confirmed, does that mean the injury doesn't exist in the first place? Wars are most certainly utilized by the power structure to produce massive profits, does that mean wars are not real? Such lines of thinking are not rational or a factual basis on which to form a conclusion. Though there are countless "disaster capitalists" trying to make all the profit they can from the disintegrating climate system, that does not negate the reality itself. Many claim that there has been a nearly two decade "pause" in escalating global temperatures. Does front line data support this claim? No. Not only was there no "pause" in the warming, the planetary meltdown continues to accelerate with the completely out of control climate engineering insanity helping to fuel the overall fire. Engineered short term cool-downs at the cost of a worsened overall warming and a completely poisoned planet. Many countries are comfortable with both the term "treaty" and legally binding emissions targets. But this would increase the likelihood that the agreement would have to go to a hostile US Congress for approval, an outcome the Obama administration is keen to avoid. Veteran observers have long expected that a final deal would need to be worded in a way that satisfied the US, as well as China and other large emerging economies reluctant to take on onerous legal obligations to cut emissions. Clearly the major global powers (most responsible for the geoengineering juggernaut of destruction) want nothing to do with cutting emissions. Though these powers (like the US, China, and Russia) have well known and well publicized opposing interests, they are all collaborating on the issue of climate engineering. Extensive historical congressional documents (750 pages) on climate engineering call for such collusion between nations that otherwise have competing interests. Historical presidential reports also describe and detail the ongoing global weather modification. The global power structure is completely committed to the current model of total planetary decimation in the attempt to maintain their power until there is nothing left of the biosphere. Past climate conferences and agreements of course have done absolutely nothing to slow the polluting, plundering, and pillaging of the planet, they were never intended to. Paris will likely go down in exactly the same category. Government Implements Illegal “Gag Order” On National Weather Service And NOAA Employees

The growing police state is completely out of control and becoming unimaginably blatant with their actions. In recent weeks Washington has placed "gag orders" on the following agency employees, "The National Weather Service", the "National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration", and the "US Department of Commerce". This is a massive red flag that should trigger alarm bells everywhere. Click PDF button to open full document Bill Hopkins, the executive vice president for the National Weather Service employees organization (NWSEO) said this: “As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.” Jeff Ruch, the executive director "PEER" (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility) said this about the "gag orders". “The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced,” Ruch noted that the broad scope of the gag orders put much of what goes on inside the agency under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.” Some time ago I personally spoke to an NOAA scientist that said "we all know it is going on (climate engineering) but we are afraid to speak out, we have no first amendment protection". The new "gag order" is a further muzzling of the NWS and NOAA. It is likely there are many in the National Weather Service and NOAA that have had enough of lying about what is really going on in our skies. Massive atmospheric aerosol spraying assaults are constant around the globe. Almost all meteorologists have so far denied the all too obvious ongoing climate engineering operations. Other weather agencies and personnel have also been actively engaged in public deception. What did BBC "meteorologist" Ian Fergusson say about the picture below? "When rain, ice crystals or snow falls but evaporates before reaching the ground, it's a (natural) phenomenon called 'virga' or 'fallstreak'." The so called "experts" are naming jet aircraft sprayed aerosol clouds as if they are produced by nature. A report from PEER contains the following statement: This summer, the National Weather Service began requiring a signed confidentiality agreement (Exhibit I) from NWSEO participants along with all participants on the OWA teams. These agreements purport to bind NWSEO representatives from communicating with its members, members of Congress or any other person regarding agency plans and how they are determined. These agreements also do not contain terms allowing reports of actual or impending law or rule violations, gross mismanagement, waste or abuse. The PEER report continued with this: The National Weather Service, NOAA and Commerce are presently implementing and enforcing nondisclosure agreements which violate the law. We are officially living in an Orwellian police state where any who dare to try and tell the truth are dealt with severely. Forcing the employees of "national" weather and climate agencies to sign "confidentiality agreements is extremely alarming (with unimaginable potential consequences), but not surprising given what we know about the cataclysms being caused by the rapidly growing climate engineering elephant in the room. Some may mistake the "gag order" to be only about union issues, this is not the case as quotes above (taken from the PEER reports) make clear. The decimation and mortality that has already been inflicted on our biosphere and all life from global geoengineering is so immense it could never be calculated. The weather warfare insanity is finally becoming all but impossible to hide, the recent "gag orders" are a sign of true desperation on the part of the power structure. Massive US Senate Document On National And Global Weather Modification

How much more historical proof do we need of the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare before the denial of the masses crumbles? When will populations around the globe bring to justice all those responsible for the ongoing and rapidly worsening worldwide weather warfare assault? At the bottom of this post is a PDF file containing the entire congressional report from 1978 that we have recently located. This report is just under 750 pages in length (20 key excerpts are posted below to give a general overview). It is a mountain of information that further confirms the ongoing extensive involvement of our government in climate modification/weather warfare. This document also confirms the involvement of foreign governments around the globe, even governments that would otherwise have been considered “hostile to US interests”. Within this text a great many aspects and consequences of the ongoing national and global weather modification programs are discussed. Legal implications (including the need for total immunity from any form of prosecution), biological implications, societal implications, environmental implications, etc. Named in the document are federal agencies involved as well as major universities. Again, because the entire document is a long and arduous read, some excerpts are posted below to give insight into the documents contents. The mountain of data to confirm the ongoing climate engineering insanity continues to grow.
