The Engineered Winter Deception, Chemical Ice Nucleation, And Ice Boulders

Why would perfectly spherical "ice balls" occur at all? 2012 was the previous record Arctic ice low for this time of year, 2016 has shattered that former record. Why would such formations occur from the record warm Arctic Ocean? Sea temperatures in some zones of the Arctic Ocean are as much as 25 degrees above the 30 year average. This average was taken from 1981-2011, when the ocean temperatures were already warmer than the pre-industrial era. Why are governments and media doing all they can to hide the reality of the record warm Arctic from the public? There are many reasons, none of them are benevolent. Temperatures in the polar regions are going completely off the charts as the "departure from normal temperature" map below makes clear. Siberia is undergoing massive engineered cooling assaults, but the extremely rapid warming of the planet is undeniable and climate engineering is helping to fuel the overall fire. Are the climate engineers trying desperately to reduce the methane "blowouts" that are occurring in Siberia due to rapidly thawing methane permafrost deposits? But if this is so, why is there no long term historical record (or pre 1945 photographs) of this phenomenon occurring? There is no such long term record (pre 1945) because the ridiculously uniform "ice boulders" are absolutely not natural. The climate engineeres became very active in the polar regions immediately after the end of WWll, historical data confirms this fact. Again, about the ice anomalies being "natural, the "experts" are simply lying, as they are paid to do. We are all swimming in a sea of lies and deception that is propagated by countless individuals in academia, media, and "official sources", who have completely betrayed humanity in exchange for a paycheck and a pension. When will the population reactivate their sense of sanity and reason? When will the population recognize that our geoengineered skies should not look like they do? When will the population face the fact that steel structure high-rise buildings (building 7 on 911) don't just fall down because of an office furniture fire on the lower floors? And why can't the masses discern that miles of shorelines covered with almost perfectly uniform and symmetrical "ice boulders" is completely unnatural? A great many of these events begin at temperature ranges far above the freezing point (though temperatures on the ground can drop precipitously as the nucleation process unfolds). Why? Most have never heard of "chemical ice nucleation for weather modification", but patents exist for this process and the Chinese government has long since admitted to engineering frozen precipitation events. Extreme hail events are happening with alarming frequency, often in the most unlikely locations where such storms have not historically occurred. "Ice storm" hits Saudi Arabia in Early November, 2015 When moisture laden storms are saturated with artificial/chemical ice nucleating elements (due to the destructive attempt by the climate engineers to temporarily cool-down ground temperatures on the ground), storms that would have been a deluge of rain become unprecedented onslaughts of frozen precipitation. A record shattering 3 feet of hail is dumped on the East African nation of Eritrea, March 14, 2014 Below is a shocking photo of "ice balls" piled up on the shores of Lake Michigan. Why is there no long term historical record of such a profound phenomenon? Chemical ice nucleating materials form a central core of ice that builds up around itself. The motion of the waves then contribute to the spherical shape. "Ice balls" have formed and accumulated on Lake Michigan in the last few years, why? Such "ice balls" have even formed on lake water that was 40 degrees, how is this possible at temperatures far above the normal freezing point? Without chemical ice nucleation, it isn't possible. What is occurring on the shores of distant seas? Yet more "ice balls" have appeared in recent years. "Ice balls" on the Baltic Coast in Northern Poland. "Official" sources say this recent unprecedented phenomenon is just "natural", are we to believe them? Other European countries are noting the same phenomenon. Ice balls on the coast of Finland. The "official" explanation for this recent mysterious anomaly? Again, we are told it is a "natural" occurrence. How natural do these "ice pancakes" look in the photo below? CNN news called these "ice pancakes" "mysterious". This phenomenon has also been observed on various lakes and rivers in recent years. It is the extreme uniformity of these formations that separates them from any natural phenomenon. Chemical nucleation materials are the core causal factor that produce the recent rash of profound ice formations. "Freezing rain" has now become commonplace. Extreme "ice storms" are wreaking havoc all over the globe. Depending on atmospheric conditions and temperatures, precipitation from storms that have been sprayed with chemical ice nucleating materials can reach the ground before actually freezing. Snowstorms And Raging Wildfires In The Same Region On The Same Day, Welcome To Geoengineering

Engineered cool-downs have been a major component of the climate engineering assault for many decades. The chemical cool-downs create the headlines the power structure needs to continue the population's confusion and division in regard to the true state of the climate. Yellowstone National Park is the latest example of chemically ice nucleated deception. The photo above was taken in Yellowstone National Park on Monday, September 12, 2016. Photo credit: Devon Hannan The Yellowstone event is not unique, a chemically nucleated "snowstorm" in South Dakota that occurred on October 4th of 2013 killed up to 100,000 cattle. This event occured while it was 85 degrees and raining in Chicago and 89 degrees with rain in Kansas City.Other anamolous cool-down chemically nucleated events in South America may have been responsible for the death of up to 200,000 alpacas. On Monday, September 12th, 2016 (the same day that the snowstorm photo above was taken), the south entrance to Yellowstone park was closed due to an ongoing out of control wildfire (as shown in the photo below). Again, this wildfire was raging on the same day (and at the same time), that other parts of Yellowstone Park were experiencing a summer snowstorm. Liquid precipitation can be chemically converted to frozen precipitation under a variety of conditions when there is enough moisture present and a large enough geoengineering operation deployed. The Chinese openly announced the fact that they were chemically nucleating snowstorms until they did a billion dollars worth of damage to Beijing. Radar map multi-hour loops can be revealing in regard to chemical ice nucleation process. Migrating bands of precipitation can often be seen "flashing out" to frozen precipitation with no elevation change on the topography below the storm/precipitation. Do US temperature maps for September 12, 2016, indicate conditions are present that would facilitate such a summer snowstorm? NO. The map above is for Monday, September 12, 2016, the same day as the snowstorm in Yellowstone. Above normal temperatures are, again, returning to the Yellowstone region and are predicted to peak by Sunday, September 18th, 2016. The very rapid rebound of high temperatures is a glaring red flag as to the engineered nature of the Yellowstone "summer snowstorm". Weather "whiplash" is becoming the norm. As previously mentioned, the engineered cool-downs are a means of confusing and dividing the population as to the true state of the global climate. Though climate engineering can create the temporary toxic cool-downs, they come at the cost of an even worse overall warming. How warm is our planet? This is not about Al Gore and carbon credit scams, it is about reality. July 2016 was the 15th consecutive month of all time record high temperature months. August, 2016, just broke the record again. Records are being shattered in spite of wide spread UNDER REPORTING of official high temperatures. The animation above clearly shows the trend of rapidly rising temperatures on planet Earth. Geoengineering, and its endless list of negative consequences, is making an already dire global climate scenario worse overall, not better. Does the long term forecast call for "cooler than normal" temperatures for the US (including Alaska)? Again, the answer is NO. The rapidly increasing orange and red zones (all reflecting above normal and far above normal temperatures) on US "departure from normal temperature" forecast maps should be extremely alarming to all of us. Are global land and temperatures cooling? NO The planet may well be in a runaway greenhouse event already with climate engineering helping to fuel the overall fire. The biosphere was in a cooling phase until the start of the industrial revolution. The two level periods of temperatures in the historical graph below were due to the climate forcing effect of aerosols loading/saturation of the atmosphere. The toxic tug of war between increasing greenhouse gases and atmospheric aerosols (with geoengineering adding to the aerosol loading since the mid 1940s) is wreaking havoc on the climate system. On a longer timescale, the impact of anthropogenic activity (which includes geoengineering) can clearly be seen. The long term cooling trend on the planet turned to an abrupt climate shift toward extremely rapid heating. On an even longer scale, the total disruption of Earth's normal and natural cyclical pattern is shockingly visible On a time scale of this duration, the heating up of our planet appears as a straight up vertical trajectory at the far right of the graph. Arctic sea ice is one of the most measurable and visible harbingers of our rapidly changing planet. Headlines of Arctic ice expansion are patently false as are headlines of global glacier expansion. Though Arctic sea ice is imploding, the use of chemical ice nucleation is being heavily utilized in the desperate attempt to keep the headline from full public veiw for as long as possible. The Greenland ice sheet is also rapidly melting. To deny the unfoding planetary meltdown is simply to toe the line for big oil and the geoengineers, public ignorance and denial of the front line reality is what they want. The climate engineers have used climate modification as a weapon of war, nothing less. In their attempt to manipulate the planet's life support systems for their own agendas, the overall warming has been accelerated due to the endless list of climate engineering consequences. The 30 second video below illistrates the melt rate of Arctic sea ice. From ozone layer destruction, to devastating drought, to fueling wildfires, geoengineering/weather warfare programs are wreaking havoc around the globe. Though the US military has just admitted on the record (again) that the disintagrating climate is a massive national security risk, what they won't admit to is that they (and the global geoengineering programs they are a part of) are a huge factor further forcing the disintagration to begin with. Climate engineering is nothing short of a covert weapon to control populations at the expense of the entire web of life. If we are to salvage what is left of the planet's life support systems, the climate engineering insanity must be exposed and halted.
Climate Engineering Chemical Cool-Down For The US

Again, and again, and again, the Eastern US has been the focus of massive (and highly toxic) climate engineering cool-downs. Why? To continue feeding the climate confusion amongst the public in the most populated portions of the US while the meltdown of the planet continues into a runaway warming scenario with climate engineering helping to fuel the overall fire. Where are the only below normal temperature zones in the current "departure from normal high temperature" map shown below? Heavily populated regions of the US and Europe. Why aren't the paid actors on power structure owned propaganda programs like The Weather Channel (who also has ties with Monsanto) even mentioning the continued incineration of Canada, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, Australia, India, Asia, the UK, the Arctic, Siberia, and the rest of the planet as a whole? Because they are paid to pacify the population and to cover the tracks of the climate engineers. The bright blue regions of record low temperatures that stand out in the Eastern Center of the US are a shocking (and completely engineered) anomaly in a record warm world. A further highlighting of specific temperature "departures from normal" is shown in the next map. Radical varied localized temperature extremes (that have become the norm in recent years) are historically unprecedented. In order to carry out the chemical ice nucleated cool-down assaults (fueling devastating hail storms), considerable atmospheric moisture is required over the target zones. Note the near 90 degree corner taken out of the precipitation convection zone to the west of Florida. This is an ever more common signature of radio frequency manipulation. Consider that much of moisture that fueled the record cold and May snow that just fell in the US East originated in a record warm Florida and gulf of Mexico. The morning LOW temperature in Florida on 5/17/2016 (the date the above satellite photo was captured) tied all time record of 78 degrees (again, 78 degrees was the nighttime LOW temperature). The record Florida warmth has also fueled record rain. (A record warm world/atmosphere must produce more precipitation unless the geoengineers choose to create drought as is the case in California and other regions around the globe which is radically impacting populations). How does record warm moisture flow north to create record cold and snow? Welcome to the engineered winter deception carried out with jet stream manipulation and chemical ice nucleation. As the weather makers prepare for the coming radical cool-down in the US West, massive aerosol spraying can be seen in the current satellite image shown below, taken on 5/19/2016 Blanket solar radiation management spraying over the oceans (and over land) is wreaking havoc on the web of life and the climate system as whole. "Ocean fertilization" with highly toxic materials is another deadly aspect of geoengineering. So what is the "scheduled weather" for the days following the engineered cool-down of the Eastern US? The NOAA "forecast" map below is yet another shocking illustration of complete manipulation of the climate system. From record warmth in the US West, to potential record cold. The record cold in the East will flip to possible record highs. Each color shade represents 2-3 degrees of variation from normal, high or low, depending on the hue. What is the bottom line regarding the overall state of the global climate? The planet is already in a runaway warming scenario, April 2016 yet again shattered all former global temperature records. The gravity of the overall global temperature rise cannot be overstated, climate engineering/solar radiation management is not a form of "mediation" as those in power would have us believe, geoengineering is a weapon of mass deception and war, nothing less. In the desperate effort to hide reality from the population for as long as possible (and thus to keep business as usual for the military/industrial/corporate complex) the climate engineers continue to create the toxic temporary cool-downs which are only fueling the climate destruction and overall warming of the biosphere. Why aren't employees of the National Weather Service and NOAA sounding the alarm? These government scientists have no first amendment protection and now also have also had an illegal federal gag order placed on them. The anomalous cool-downs are as engineered as the corporate media hype surrounding these weather whiplash events. Crushing El Niño, Engineering Winter From Warmth

There is no longer any weather that can be considered "natural", the entire climate system has long since been completely derailed. Is it just a coincidence that the engineered winter weather is timed with the Iowa Caucus? The power structure controlled script reading weather forecasting agencies like The Weather Channel somehow know almost a week ahead of time that "winter storm Kayla" would form and take this exact track. This is not weather forecasting, it is the scheduled weather. What were the predictions for the "Mega El Niño? The 2015-2016 "winter weather" has so far been very different than what was predicted and from what should have been given the extreme El Niño event. How can "Kayla" be a "winter storm" at all with record or near record warm temperatures (and tornados) predicted a short distance from the center of the snow storm? The moisture for "winter storm Kayla" is being pumped right out of the record warm Gulf of Mexico. Exactly how far above average will the temperatures be at the height of this latest engineered "winter storm"? The glaring contrast of extremes in the map below are beyond alarming. Polar opposite temperature extremes like those reflected in the map above are historically unprecedented prior to recent years. Warm flows of moisture coming from the south will be chemically nucleated to create concentrated pockets of "heavy wet snow" in the more heavily populated locations. The desired "winter weather" headlines will be achieved in spite of record warm temperatures in a very close proximity. Widespread areas of very light snowfall also helps the climate engineers create the desired climate confusion in a rapidly warming world. Take a good look at the radar map below. Snow is falling in northern Baja and northern Mexico while it is raining in the northernmost tip of Maine, US. Chemical ice nucleation processes can create frozen precipitation/snow under a wide variety of conditions. The Chinese were open about chemically nucleating snowstorms until they inflicted major damage to Beijing. The chemical nucleation process also produces a cold dense layer of air which descends to ground level and temporarily lowers temperature readings. Snow elevations are generally no longer referred to, due to the engineered winter weather characteristics. Power structure controlled meteorologists now refer to the "warm side of the winter storm" and the "cold side of the winter storm". How clearly wrong can this equation be? So, what happened to the "Mega El Niño"? Massive atmospheric spraying is drying up and migrating moisture across the US West, again. As has been the case for so many previous years, the center of the below normal bullseye is directly over areas of California that are already immersed in epic and unprecedented engineered drought conditions. Headlines of abundant snow in selected locations of California have caused many to conclude that the parched US West was getting all the needed rain. In an overall context, this is an absolute lie. Carefully crafted headlines have hidden the fact that the primary reservoirs in California have barely raised at all. The climate engineering/solar radiation management spraying of atmospheric particulates has countless negative impacts on precipitation. These particulates not only diminish and disperse overall rainfall, but the particles greatly reduce the "orographic enhancement" effect usually caused by topography. What does this mean? Rainfall/snow amounts should double or triple as storms move over mountainous zones. This is now all too often not occurring due to the atmospheric particulate saturation. The latest US Drought Monitor Map clearly shows the record drought conditions are still present. The drought in the US West (and in so many other parts of the world), is a result of climate engineering. No matter what one chooses to conclude is the motive or agenda behind the geoengineering programs, the impacts cannot be rationally or scientifically denied. "Winter storm Kayla" is also a direct result of the ongoing climate engineering insanity. Who gave the weather makers the right to wreak havoc on our planet? Engineered Winter Weather Whiplash

In order to achieve the jet stream manipulated temporary chemical cool-downs, the overall warming of the planet is further worsened. Even if you know nothing about meteorology, the "temperature departure from average" map below should look anomalous. The radical inconsistencies are historically unprecedented. Record shattering warmth in the oceans and an extreme band of warmth from the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the Arctic, yet, "winter storm Ajax" magically materializes over the western US. The "daily average" temperature map below further clarifies the anomalous chemical cool-down down in the western US while surrounding temperatures are much warmer. The overall area of "cool zones" on our planet are getting rapidly smaller. Extreme jet stream "dips" are a primary component of the engineered winter events."Winter storm Ajax" is no exception. Such massive dips in the jet stream are also utilized to pick up moisture from the very warm Gulf of Mexico. The moisture is then carried north as far as the Arctic where it is also chemically nucleated in the ever more desperate attempt to slow down the shrinking of Arctic ice. How anomalous does the precipitation map below appear? With frozen precipitation as far south as southern New Mexico, it is still raining and relatively warm (with tornados) all the way into south central Canada. What is the role of the power structure owned and controlled agencies like "The Weather Channel"? To create as much theater and as many headlines as they can from the engineered chemical cool-downs. In the image below, Ari Sarsalari is doing his best to hype up "winter storm Ajax" without much mention of the warm thunderstorms and rain that appear on most of the map behind him. The cast of criminals who purchased "The Weather Channel" for 3.5 billion are able to control the message and the flow of information from top to bottom. When the weather anomalies are too big to cover up, The Weather Channel all too often airs reality shows instead of covering the weather. The latest list of dramatic "winter storm" names from The Weather Channel is below. The Weather Channel theater is conducted with enthusiasm by the paid script readers that masquerade as meteorologists. What is a primary goal for the geoengineers? To blot out the sun. In the combination satellite radar map below (Nov 17, 2015), nearly the entire North American continent is covered with canopy. Any areas of moisture are heavily sprayed with atmospheric aerosols. The excess of cloud condensation nuclei then help to scatter available moisture into vast expanses of rainless and often amorphous cloud canopy (solar radiation management). Radio frequency transmissions are also used to broadcast the electrically conductive particulates into the widest possible pattern. The NOAA "departure from normal high temperatures" map below further highlights the ever more extreme weather whiplash that is going on around the globe. The scenario shown in this NOAA map is the exact antithesis of the constant parade of engineered cool-downs that were carried out over the Eastern US over the last two winters. It is imperative that the completely engineered "winter storms" be recognized for what they are: not natural. Those who use such engineered events as ammunition to claim the planet is not warming are repeating the exact narrative that the power structure wants them to parrot. If we are to be effective in the battle to expose and halt climate engineering, our conclusions must be researched, credible, and verifiable. Engineering Winter, The Increasing Desperation Of The Weather-Makers

In recent winters the geoengineers kept most of their focus on the Eastern US. Boston was the target for headlines in the winter of 2014-2015. The engineered winter in the East was accompanied by engineered drought in the West. The 8 minute video below, "Engineered Winter, Engineered Drought" outlines this scenario. In the next map the sporadic spotting of frozen precipitation is telling. Rain in northern Montana and snow in south central Arizona. Chemical ice nucleating materials sprayed over storm precipitation can and do turn what should have fallen as rain, into snow. The Chinese government has openly disclosed this practice. The nucleation process creates a cold dense layer of air which sinks, builds up on the ground, and eventually lowers the mercury. This is a temporary effect, but it produces the desired headlines and deception in regard to the overall picture. The Nov. 4, 2015, map below shows extensive radio frequency/microwave transmission impacts which are clearly visible in the moisture flows feeding the engineered western winter event. On the evening of November 4th, 2015, corporate media (like the Weather Channel) were trumpeting the big winter storm in the West. Does the next map below reflect true winter snow storm temperatures? There is only one temperature reading on the entire map that is even at the freezing mark, and that is not where the snow is falling. The majority of the map shows record or near record highs for a 6 pm temperature reading for November 4th. More record highs are expected in the East during the coming week and perhaps off and on during the rest of November. Welcome to geoengineered weather whiplash. The Taos New Mexico report below shows possible snow showers for Thursday November 5th at a temperature of 41 degrees. Why would it snow at 41 degrees? Let's go North to Montana where snow showers can apparently occur at 43 degrees after rain at 41 degrees. This is the latest NOAA extended "forecast" (scheduled weather) map. It is important to remember that private defense contractor (and geoengineering entity) Raytheon, does all the weather modeling for NOAA (whose personnel are all under a federal "gag order" along with all NWS employees). This is yet another ridiculously unprecedented scenario showing conditions that are unbelievably out of balance. Record high temperatures in the East are expected to continue in some regions until mid November. What did it look like for most of the last three winters? The exact opposite of what is occurring at this time. The East was put under the big chill while the West was fried. The geoengineers can only cover so much area with their jet stream manipulated chemical cool-downs. The size of those areas is shrinking as the planet continues to warm. The map below is especially astounding and documents a very tragic event that occurred on October 4th, 2013. Take a good look at the temperatures on the map above, they are as a whole, very high. The small cool section is a huge departure from the rest of the country, but still there are no below freezing temperatures shown. Yet, this map documented a snowstorm in South Dakota that killed up to 100,000 cows, how is that possible when temperatures were almost 90 degrees in regions surrounding the event? I captured the temperature map above before it was taken offline, the map reflects another example of engineered winter. The next map shows the "departure from normal high temperatures" for a 2 year period from 2013 to 2015. The constantly engineered cooling Eastern North America is evident. It has been the most anomalously below normal zone in the entire world since 2013 (2012 was the warmest year ever recorded in the US). What happened? The geoengineering assault was ramped up to new highs. Temporary toxic cooling at the cost of a worsened overall warming. Though there are countless sources of anthropogenic damage to the planet and the climate system, climate engineering must be considered the top of the list. The ongoing winter weather warfare is not natural in any way. The extreme climate forcing being pushed on planet Earth by the climate engineers is tearing the climate system apart and wreaking havoc on the biosphere as a whole. Few have any idea how extensively the weather and climate is being modified. Even many who are already aware of geoengineering are unfortunately not yet acknowledging the cool-downs for what they are, completely engineered. Accepting the engineered cool-downs as natural is exactly what the power structure and the geoengineers want, why would we do their bidding? What Are The Climate Engineers Doing In The Arctic? Astounding Images, And Dead Scientists

The global power structure has long since believed they have the right to experiment with our planet's life support systems. They have always felt they had the right to permanently pollute and poison any region in the biosphere they wish in the pursuit of their agendas. Chemical ice nucleation is a primary tool for the geoengineers. It is a major weapon in their arsenal of insane, toxic, and destructive technologies. Geoengineered snow storms are wreaking havoc around the globe. This image is from a record breaking ice storm in Slovenia in 2014. I personally communicated with contact in Slovenia who stated their citizens feel the country was the target of NATO climate modification programs because they were not complying with global power structure mandates and policy. Chemical ice nucleation is a reality, lab tests prove this beyond any doubt. The 5 shocking satellite photographs below were taken in the Arctic Ocean on September 15th, 2015. What these images show is extremely anomalous ice formation in open water, far from any existing remaining ice. They also show extensive geoengineering aerosol cloud cover with very clear radio frequency signature patterns (my sincere thanks to anti-geoengineering activist Cori Gunnels for locating these alarming Arctic Ocean NASA satellite images). "sea ice extent dropped to 4.41 million square kilometers (1.70 million square miles), the fourth lowest minimum in the satellite record. ………… ice extent will now climb through autumn and winter". "Ice extent" is very different from the ice mass (volume), which is at record shattering low levels as the latest satellite imagery below clearly shows. As the 2015 imagery shows, the thick multi-year Arctic ice is almost gone. Is the surface of the Arctic ocean being chemically ice nucleated with the same process that has created the unprecedented "ice boulders" on Lake Michigan in recent years? Even when water temperatures were far above freezing? How can the ice "extent" statistically increase in early September (ahead of the normal "minimum" melt date) when we have record shattering global ocean temperatures? When we have just logged the hottest 12 month period globally, the hottest start to any year ever, the warmest summer ever, and the warmest August ever? And finally, when we consider that the Arctic is warming twice as fast as the rest of the world? What is really going on in the Arctic? Is there a connection between what the climate engineers are doing in the Arctic and the recent untimely deaths of three scientists that were investigating Arctic sea ice? How far will power structures go to hide climate engineering operations from populations? The power structure and the geoengineers do not want any headlines from the Arctic that would reveal the true extent of damage already done to the planet. They do not want any headlines that would potentially expose the climate engineering crimes that have been going on for well over a half century. Climate Engineering, El Niño And The Bizarre “Scheduled Weather” For The Coming Winter In The US
Dane Wigington geoengineeringwatch.org "Forecasters" are now trumpeting the arrival of a "Godzilla" El Niño event, but somehow they seem to already know that there will be no relief for the epic California drought (which can be directly linked to the ongoing climate engineering insanity). How can such a prediction be made so early on? Ocean temperatures in the Eastern Pacific are at record shattering high levels, why wouldn't this translate into more rain for the now empty reservoirs in Northern California? The El Niño pattern has been trying to form since 2007 but has been repeatedly suppressed by what meteorologists have coined as "the ridiculously resilient ridge" of constant high pressure over the US west coast. Was this rain starving scenario the result of the climate engineers and their aggressive effort to suppress El Niño formation in a destructive attempt to hold the lid on soaring global temperatures? The Eastern Pacific (off of the US west coast) is constantly the target of massive aerosol spraying operations as shown in the image below. Is "solar radiation management" the only goal of this spraying, or are the known drought causing impacts of atmospheric aerosol saturation and ionosphere heater high pressure zones a desired outcome for the geoengineers? The electrically conductive heavy metals being sprayed enhances the effectiveness of ionosphere heater installations (like HAARP) which would then increase the weather-makers ability to create and maintain consistent zones of high pressure. What does a completely sprayed Eastern Pacific look like on a radar map? The reflective metals show up like precipitation when there is none, the radar image below is a glaring example. Climate engineering is about power and control, and about hiding the severity of climate damage already done (while doing even more damage at the same time) from a population that so far has not wanted to face the truth in the first place. The climate engineers have managed to keep the Eastern US cooler than average for almost three years in spite of a record warm world. Why? To help manipulate the perception of the US population. How anomalous has the Eastern US cool-down been? The map below covers "departure from normal high temperatures" for a two year period from 2013 to 2015, this is clear as it gets. What should the expected impacts should be in the US for a strong El Niño Event? With a potential record El Niño, abundant precipitation should show up in California with overall temperatures pushed from above normal to far above normal throughout the US. Higher temperatures should be especially prevalent given the fact that our planet is free falling into a state of total meltdown. All this being said, how is it some of the latest "forecasts" call for the US West to continue frying into the fall with little to no rain and with wildfires still raging? And with predicted snowfall further inland? Next, given the fact that we have a record warm world, record warm oceans surrounding the US, a record El Niño, and predictions of above normal highs in the Northern US, how can it be possible for winter predictions of a "below average" temperature band to run right through the US from Southern California, to the Gulf Coast, to New York, covering some of the most heavily populated zones of the country? The "forecast map" below should be carefully examined. Other maps (below) use terms like "wintry battle zone" to describe their predictions for the southern states (in spite of the record warm condition of our planet already noted). The map below also states there may be "above normal" snow in spite of warmer temperatures, who is making and running the weather forecast industry? Continuously cooling down heavily populated regions of the US is about engineering public perception for as long as possible. In regard to weather forecasting, with few exceptions, the global power structure owns it all. The Rothschilds own much of the industry where the very defense industry contractors that are heavily involved in the climate engineering insanity actually supply the weather modeling "predictions" for government agencies like The National Weather Service and NOAA. The Weather Channel is owned by multinational corporations that are a core part of the global power cabal. And let's not forget about Monsanto Corporation and their purchase of "Climate Corp" for nearly a billion dollars. Controlling the message also allows them to control public perception. Meteorologists are (with few exceptions) paid liars who are simply reading scripts. Their job is to convince the population that the completely engineered climate is just "natural weather". Their job is to convince the population that "mostly sunny" predictions that involve the sprayed-out skies we are all subjected to is just normal. Their job is to cover the tracks of the criminal climate engineering insanity. Anyone that contributes to such a cover-up in exchange for a paycheck and a pension should be considered a criminal accomplice to the geoengineering crimes. When the Weather Channel is not busy covering for the geoengineers, they now simply show countless reality shows in order to altogether avoid actually covering the engineered weather. So how about those predicted cold zones which are surrounded by record warm oceans and a record warm world? Welcome to engineered snow storms. The Chinese openly announced their practice of engineering snow storms out of what should have been rain until they did a billion dollars of damage to Beijing, does anyone believe our government does not know how to do the same? With enough atmospheric moisture the geoengineers can produce snowstorms under a wide variety of conditions. The July 2015 snowstorm in Jackson Hole Wyoming is one of many examples. The extra moisture from El Niño will be used for the chemical cool-downs already scheduled for the US this winter. As the planetary meltdown accelerates, the Arctic continues to melt and glaciers continue to disintegrate around the world, the climate engineers are becoming increasingly desperate and blatant in their aggressive planetary assault. It appears that the moisture Northern California needs so badly may be siphoned by the climate engineers for use further east
Climate Engineering Is Weather Warfare
Though extreme weather events have always taken place on our planet, how can we consider any weather truly natural when we know global weather has been subjected to climate engineering programs at a significant scale for over 65 years? How can we consider any weather truly natural when we know that at this point in time the entire global weather system is being completely hampered by geoengineering programs which are so massive in scope and scale that nothing is left untainted in regard to our weather? The climate engineers decide when it will rain or snow, where, how much, and how toxic the rain or snow will be, where there will be drought or heat, etc. There are of course uncontrollable variables, but in a broad sense the weather is being manipulated and disrupted on a scale that cannot be truly comprehended. One of the most powerful tools in the climate engineering toolbox is artificial/chemical ice nucleation. This allows the weather-makers to create temporary cold zones (a very shallow layer of cold) in a world that is in meltdown. Every "winter storm" the geoengineers orchestrate does immense damage to the environment and worsens the overall warming. The global contamination from the ongoing climate engineering is already irreparable in many ways. We are in a fight for life, this is not speculation, but mathematical fact. Engineered Winter Storm Assault, The Weather Makers Are Desperate For Headlines

The weather event that is unfolding on the East Coast of the US is a completely manipulated monstrosity. The total desperation of the power structure and the climate engineers is so very evident as they throw everything they have at the creation of a "winter storm" which is meteorologically as unnatural as it could possibly be. Snow now generally has nothing to do with elevation, rather, the "heavy wet snow" is focused where most of the moisture is. Massive amounts of moisture are necessary for the chemical ice nucleation process which transforms what should have been rain into snow due to the endothermic reaction it induces. This also lowers the temperatures on the ground as the more dense chemically cooled air (created from the nucleation process) sinks to ground level. The layer of cold air is very shallow, but it does lower the temperatures enough to produce the desired headlines.
