Hurricane Patricia, Weather Warfare, Power Structure Desperation, And Climate Disintegration

Hurricane manipulation has long since been "business as usual" for the massive global climate engineering infrastructure. Historical documents prove the reality of the ongoing total government involvement with climate engineering, this includes extensive congressional reports. Though early efforts to manipulate hurricanes were disclosed, such programs have long since gone under the radar. Even "gag orders" have now been placed on government weather agencies like NWS and NOAA. Weather warfare is the weapon of choice for the global power brokers, this weapon is used to keep non-submissive countries in line. Hurricane Patricia exploded with an unprecedented increase in intensity that was so rapid computer models could not even follow it, completely "stumping scientists". The military industrial complex and the criminals that control them always have many agendas being carried out at once. In addition to impacting Mexico (perhaps for its ramped up trade and cooperation with Asia and for utilizing currencies other than the US dollar), the moisture from hurricane "Patricia" is being pumped toward the Northeast where it is being heavily aerosolized and chemically ice nucleated in order to cool down portions of the US. This process is used for engineered winter storms if the temperatures are cold enough. When it is too warm, the process simply cools down the temperatures on the ground as the colder air sinks. Extensive atmospheric moisture is needed in order to produce the engineered cool-downs that have been repeatedly orchestrated over much of the eastern half of the US in recent years. The short term engineered cool-downs come at the cost of a far worsened overall warming. As the planetary meltdown continues to accelerate, the climate engineers are constantly "doubling down" on their climate modification assault of total insanity. Moisture from "Patricia" will by utilized to cool parts of the US, the consequences are irrelevant to the weather makers. The brighter white cloud cover that shows up in the combination satellite radar image below is indicative of the most heavily aerosolized cloud cover. This bright white expands out in every direction from any core concentrations of atmospheric moisture. This is the the goal of solar radiation management, to create as much cloud canopy as possible, again, the overall consequences are not relevant for the climate engineers as they carry out a multitude of agendas for their own purposes. Flows of moisture into the western US are being completely aerosolized. This creates hazy white featureless skies over vast outlying areas and can greatly reduce or eliminate precipitation altogether in those areas, further fueling the already epic drought in the US West. As mentioned, the moisture from "Patricia" has been and continues to be heavily sprayed (saturated) with aerosols. This creates a temporary (and highly toxic) cool-down for portions of the US. As this moisture migrates over the eastern US in the coming days, the desired temporary cool-down sought by the climate engineers is now forecast to occur as the latest NOAA map below reflects. The latest NOAA winter outlook map is below. In spite of record warm oceans and record warm temperatures predicted for all regions surrounding the southern US, miraculously, below normal temperatures are predicted for the southern tear of states. Welcome to "engineered winter". Just as the moisture from "Patricia" is being used to temporarily cool regions of the US, the flow of moisture from el nino this winter will be utilized to cool some regions while the rest of the planet descends into meltdown. The GISS "departure from normal high temperature" map below covers a two year period from 2013 to 2015, clearly, the most anomalously below normal temperature zone in the entire world has been the eastern half of the North American continent. This anomaly is a direct result of constant and extremely aggressive climate engineering. In regard to the ongoing climate engineering nightmare, it is imperative to remember many agendas are being carried out at once. "This OR that" dichotomous thinking needs to be abandoned, with one exception, there is NO benevolence in regard to the geoengineering/weather warfare insanity, NONE. Government Implements Illegal “Gag Order” On National Weather Service And NOAA Employees

The growing police state is completely out of control and becoming unimaginably blatant with their actions. In recent weeks Washington has placed "gag orders" on the following agency employees, "The National Weather Service", the "National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration", and the "US Department of Commerce". This is a massive red flag that should trigger alarm bells everywhere. Click PDF button to open full document Bill Hopkins, the executive vice president for the National Weather Service employees organization (NWSEO) said this: “As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.” Jeff Ruch, the executive director "PEER" (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility) said this about the "gag orders". “The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced,” Ruch noted that the broad scope of the gag orders put much of what goes on inside the agency under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.” Some time ago I personally spoke to an NOAA scientist that said "we all know it is going on (climate engineering) but we are afraid to speak out, we have no first amendment protection". The new "gag order" is a further muzzling of the NWS and NOAA. It is likely there are many in the National Weather Service and NOAA that have had enough of lying about what is really going on in our skies. Massive atmospheric aerosol spraying assaults are constant around the globe. Almost all meteorologists have so far denied the all too obvious ongoing climate engineering operations. Other weather agencies and personnel have also been actively engaged in public deception. What did BBC "meteorologist" Ian Fergusson say about the picture below? "When rain, ice crystals or snow falls but evaporates before reaching the ground, it's a (natural) phenomenon called 'virga' or 'fallstreak'." The so called "experts" are naming jet aircraft sprayed aerosol clouds as if they are produced by nature. A report from PEER contains the following statement: This summer, the National Weather Service began requiring a signed confidentiality agreement (Exhibit I) from NWSEO participants along with all participants on the OWA teams. These agreements purport to bind NWSEO representatives from communicating with its members, members of Congress or any other person regarding agency plans and how they are determined. These agreements also do not contain terms allowing reports of actual or impending law or rule violations, gross mismanagement, waste or abuse. The PEER report continued with this: The National Weather Service, NOAA and Commerce are presently implementing and enforcing nondisclosure agreements which violate the law. We are officially living in an Orwellian police state where any who dare to try and tell the truth are dealt with severely. Forcing the employees of "national" weather and climate agencies to sign "confidentiality agreements is extremely alarming (with unimaginable potential consequences), but not surprising given what we know about the cataclysms being caused by the rapidly growing climate engineering elephant in the room. Some may mistake the "gag order" to be only about union issues, this is not the case as quotes above (taken from the PEER reports) make clear. The decimation and mortality that has already been inflicted on our biosphere and all life from global geoengineering is so immense it could never be calculated. The weather warfare insanity is finally becoming all but impossible to hide, the recent "gag orders" are a sign of true desperation on the part of the power structure. It is a mountain of information that further confirms the ongoing extensive involvement of our government in climate modification/weather warfare. Climate Engineering’s Latest Forecast From NASA, “Mostly Cloudy”
Dane Wigington geoengineeringwatch.org The newly produced map below reveals the most recent NASA "forecast" for planet Earth, "mostly cloudy". This composite image of Earth's cloud patterns shows NASA's Aqua satellite observations from July 2002 to April 2015. Colors range from dark blue (no clouds) to white (frequent clouds). Photo credit: NASA Earth Observatory The next image is a combination satellite/radar map. In the combination format map the more heavily aerosolized cloud cover shows up as the brightest white. The goal of SRM (solar radiation management) is to blot out as much sky as possible for the stated purpose of global warming mitigation, but even NASA admits the "aircraft clouds" are making global warming worse overall, not better. A "Scientific American" published study states "geoengineering could turn skies white". Wherever there is moisture, there will generally be the most consistent and heaviest spraying. This has the effect of greatly diminishing the overall precipitation that otherwise would have occurred and scattering the aerosolized cloud cover over vast areas (though deluges can also increase where too much moisture accumulates). The bright white aerosolized cloud cover broadcasting out from the areas of precipitation in the map are indicative of the aerosol spraying that is taking place in each region. A massive heavily sprayed zonal flow of moisture is very visible plowing into the entire west coast, yet there is almost no precipitation showing up for the reasons already cited. Historically, counterclockwise swirls of low pressure storms constantly pounded the Pacific Northwest with heavy precipitation. Now, more often than not, there are just large drifting massive canopies of heavily aerosolized cloud cover with some rain in the most dense areas of moisture build up. "Mostly sunny" is now also a common meteorological term of choice and is often used in "forecasting" days with heavy spraying. "Meteorologists", in so many cases, are now simply paid liars reading the scripts they are given . Radio frequency transmissions are a major component regarding the manipulation of the highly electrically conductive aerosol particulates being sprayed into skies around the globe. Though "official sources", of course, completely deny any connection between the radio frequency transmitters and weather modification, available date says otherwise. The map below from October 7, 2015, is only one example of the radio frequency bombardment occurring on a constant basis. This map does not reflect the much larger radio frequency transmitters known as "ionosphere heaters" (which have an even greater effect on the overall climate system). Take a good look next map below, If you think the images in the map are just "clouds" showing up on radar, they are not, and the National Weather Service admits it. So what are these large and very distinct radar images from? According to the National Weather Service, it's all just "butterflies". No, this is not a joke. "Official statements" from "official sources" are becoming astounding beyond comprehension. "Mother Nature Network" claims this upper level aerosol accumulation shown in the photo below (with a very clear radio frequency pattern) is just a natural "rainbow cloud", do you believe them? Below is the NOAA forecast (scheduled weather) map for the middle of October. Each shade represents a 2-3 degree "departure from normal" temperature zone. Places in the western US are thus "forecasted" to be a record shattering 20 to 25 degrees above normal which has already been the case for an extremely long time. The record heat and drought continues to fuel record forest fires in the region. The next image shows that the remaining pool of cold air at the top of the world is rapidly shrinking as the geoengineering juggernaut of insanity continues to shred the ozone layer and the climate system as a whole (along with other contributing anthropogenic factors). The global temperature maps below reflect the true state of our rapidly warming completely geoengineered planet. Ocean temperatures are already radically above normal, especially in the Arctic ocean as the mapping below clearly shows. The current Arctic ice volume (ice mass) is at all time record low levels and continues to decline very rapidly due to all the record warm conditions already cited. 2015 saw the lowest Arctic ice "maximum" ever recorded. So how is it that the Arctic ice "extent" (surface area) hit it's minimum for the year on September 11th, 2015 (4th lowest extent ever recorded), and has increased since? Welcome to geoengineering and chemical ice nucleation. What is the true extent of climate engineering experimentation currently occurring in the Arctic? Where are we heading if we stay on the current course? Few are yet willing to face the fact that our planet will very soon not support life unless there is a complete change of direction on many fronts, starting with the complete cessation of the climate engineering insanity. Geoengineering is fueling countless catastrophic scenarios on our planet including mass methane release in the Arctic. We are on track for "Venus Syndrome". Though industrialized civilization is already in its final stages and will soon collapse, we could yet salvage a planet that could sustain life. With each passing day we are determining our own future by what we do, or don't do. The greatest single leap we could collectively make in the right direction is to expose and halt the weather warfare assault. Arm yourself with credible data and pass it on to others.
