On Saturday, July 28th, 2018, a critical public awareness event has been scheduled at the Holiday Inn, Redding, California. The event will be in the Holiday Inn Convention Center which seats up to 600. Verifiable evidence will be presented to the public on the ongoing global climate engineering / geoengineering programs that are wreaking havoc on the atmosphere, environment, and human health. This is a FREE public education event organized and funded by GeoengineeringWatch.org and GEM FAIRE Inc. Whoa, Paul, that did it for My brain today. Except now I've got to figure out how the BIS works with the IMF. I only knew about the IMF, and gee, I've spent time in Basel. I have a dear friend born and raised there, living in her family's home of many generations. A beautiful story book home. I've asked my friend about their politics, and banks yet have never received helpful info. What was stunning to me and I'm not sure it is still true, but the husband owns all the property there. Which was the issue when she divorced her American husband, my ex-friend. To my daughter and I, lovely as it was, (no litter!) there was no wildlife even in a park–1986–, and the whole place seemed a police state. There were a lot of chemical plants that were a huge issue at the time, but I had no idea that Bassel was a banking place, internationally. I thought that was in the more glitzy places. I learned a lot from this article. Thanks! In all my studies of Eleanor of Aquitaine, given the crusades, I learned that the very first international banking arose from the Knight's Templar in Switzerland, in the rough of mountains way back then, 1100s. It's not looking good for relief from the Carr Fire. Weather conditions continue to be hot and dry, and winds are forecast to pick up late afternoon Friday. Pollution levels from smoke are on the rise, and are already at unhealthy levels in Shasta County. The National Weather Service has issued a red flag warning for the North State through midnight. “That means critical fire weather conditions,” said Eric Kurth, meteorologist at the NOAA in Sacramento. “It’s going to be similar to what we saw yesterday (Thursday).”
High heat, low humidity and wind are the recipe for high fire risk. Temperatures should hit 110 degrees on Friday and Saturday, and 109 on Sunday. Humidity levels will drop to around 10 percent Friday afternoon. That could continue into the weekend as well.
Redding city officials are asking residents to conserve water for firefighters' use.
Winds will ramp up to 15 mph. Gusts should reach 25 mph, especially through the canyons in fire areas. Kurth said it's possible NOAA will push the red flag warning into the weekend.
Smoke a growing problem during the day
Public health officials are warning everyone to stay indoors, if possible. Pollution levels in Shasta County are "unhealthy to very unhealthy now," said Tim Mapes, a spokesman for Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency. The smoke is especially dangerous to people with respiratory or heart disease, the elderly, pregnant women and children, but Mapes said everyone is susceptible to the smoke at these levels.

"Wear the N95 masks if you can" if you need to go out, said Mapes, adding the particle-filtering masks available at most hardware stores. Tehama County’s Air Pollution Control District reports pollution levels will climb to unhealthy levels as smoke from the Carr Fire drifts. "We expect it to get to unhealthy levels by this afternoon," said Joseph Tona, Tehama County Air Pollution Control officer. "'Unhealthy' means unhealthy for everyone." Tona also urges residents use either the N95 or N100 masks if they need to go outside. Smoke can cause coughing, scratchy throat, watery and itchy eyes, difficulty breathing, and other symptoms. People more vulnerable to the smoke could develop asthma or other respiratory conditions like severe chest pain, gasping, aggravated coughing, chronic bronchitis or decreased lung function.

How convenient that the fairgrounds were taken over just when this event was going to happen. I assume that the venue there would have been much larger than the 600 that the conference room can accommodate. virginia doan, I beg to differ with you. I feel it is very convenient that the venue has moved to the Holiday Inn. I commend the corporate establishment for letting this venue take place. It is up to all of us to react and redirect appropriately. Personally, if the event where originally planed to be at the Holiday Inn, I probably would have been there this weekend. What would and did turn me away was camping at the fair grounds "without air conditioning". It's hot down that way.

Maybe, maybe not. I’m not a troll and have been posting on this site for some time. When I first heard about geoengineering, the term “chemtrails” is what I use to say as well. I was corrected and I now use the the proper terminology.
Were the wild fires just a coincident? I live in S Florida and since at the end of a peninsula We have a 51% ran chance every day. If it is late afternoon you can feel the heat in the shade from the amount of reflective particles. I have fished these waters in the Great Everglades National Park where people would travel from all over the world to fish. Where I fish is 48 miles from the nearest city. Well the grass flats turned to mud and there are no fish. 10 years ago an average day fishing was about 80-100 catch and release fish. In my last eight 6-8 hour fishing trips I have caught maybe 10 fish. The planet is dying fast. We need everyone to stand up and be heard do not be shy. Buy the booklets and share.

Though the fire is bad, it west of Redding and the I-5 freeway, thus it is not a threat to tranpartation and access to the Geoengineeringwatch.org event at the Holiday Inn, Redding. Hello all, It's been a while since I chimed in, but I'm still here in the background doing what I'm able to do for this cause.
I desperately wanted to go to the event last July, but couldn't due to illness. No excuse this year – I'm well and very enthusiastic. I was all set to head out Friday from southwest Idaho for the event – even made a hotel reservation yesterday morning.
With yesterday's news of a wild fire near by, and another one along my path of highway 299, I was discouraged, and I've been riding the fence on whether to cancel my 9 plus hour drive to Redding. But, thanks to what you wrote "a simple horseman" I'm going to figure out a way to get there. Does anyone know if that highway will be open for travel, or should I plan another route? Any feedback would be super appreciated.

The portion of HWY 299 that is closed is west of Redding, California, you should not need to travel this section if you are coming from Idaho. Travel safely if you come, Annie.

Note to my remark below here. Good thing I "slept on it". This coming Friday is Aeneas Valley's first "farmers market". It's my stomping grounds. I must be at the first one and I must endure to the last one. You'll live a long time trying to find me a hypocrite. Happened on July 20, Friday at 11:30 a.m. No explanations for it other then a few lousy attempts to quiet public inquiries about it. Why did this ocurr? It had a public person who experienced it say something about a yellow tint in the sky, dust like but no dust, and eclipse ruled out.

I see the chem trails so much that it is a shock to not see them! We are in dangerous air conditions due to fires, but yet you can see them spraying chem trails right on top of the smoke!!! GOD HELP US ALL!!! Our country is poisoning us!!!

Paul: Triple digits here in Mendocino County, Ca. for the past two weeks. Today's temperature high is forecasted to be 106F. Tomorrow 104F. Everything green is drying up. We are being set up for major fires to come. I have about ten water elements around. They require replenishing every morning because animals are using them up during the night hours. During the day these are loaded with bees drinking like there is no tomorrow. UVA UVB and UVC are way up on the independent meters not government owned and operated. The horrific fires outside of Athens, Greece should be a wake up for everyone to be prepared with a plan to survive these wind driven wildfires. 64 Mph winds and 72 people dead.

If you think that this years heatwaves are brutal, be thankful that we are not in an El Niño, which would have added even more heat to our atmosphere, thanks to energy release from the oceans. Building on my previous two videos, I show you we have lost all Arctic Sea Ice thicker than 2 meters, and what’s left is being churned upped by a strong cyclone, and undergoing rapid melt, with almost 2 months left to go in the melt season. I clearly show what a “monsoon” is; India’s is the best example but it appears that this phenomena giving torrential rains is making an appearance in the Arctic.

Dane and ALL, I am literally laughing right now. At the last minute "the event" was changed to and accepted by a corporate entity. Last year I walked with my backpack from the Redding bus station to the Red Lion motel on Highland Ave(had breakfast along the way), just down the street from the Holiday Inn. I arrived at 5:30 AM on Saturday and left at noon on Sunday. Thank you Marti for the last minute ride to the bus station. Now… I am perplexed with buying a last minute bus ticket and heading out for Redding. Being that I am not one for last minute decisions, I probably wont be there in Redding. I have to sleep on it. It is my nature to be more calculated. And then the convictions kick in. It ain't always easy having a rational conscientious.
