Hurricane Matthew is about to decimate specific populations that are already struggling to survive. Is this storm being manipulated by the weather/climate modification programs? Though countless anthropogenic factors have contributed to the rapid warming of our planet, there is no question that global climate engineering/weather warfare is a reality and making an already horrific climate scenario far worse. What agendas might the power structure be carrying out by manipulating and/or exacerbating climate chaos over specific regions and during critical windows of time? Is mass distraction from US/NATO fueled Middle East and European mahem one of the objectives being provided by the climate engineers and hurricane "Matthew"? All available data indecates the geoengineers have been actively suppressing cyclones in the Atlantic basin for at least a decade. Why has "Matthew" been at minumum allowed to strengthen? Was the unexpected 90 degree northward turn of this storm a natural occurance? Or was this course alteration the result of geoengineering, ionosphere heaters, and atmospheric aerosol spraying? What other objectives might also be in the balance? There has been an over 11 year hurricane drought in the US regarding major hurricane landfalls and that drought persists. Though many sources tried to claim that Hurricane "Hermine" ended the anomalous hurricane drought for the US, this is not true, as "Hermine" was barely a category 1 hurricane, and even then only for an extremely short period just prior to landfall. "Hermine" DID NOT end the major hurricane landfall drought in the US. How can the US be spared the record major hurricane impacts that are pounding so many locations in other parts of the world? Because the largest military in the world (the US military) is at the head of massive climate intervention programs that are nothing short of weather warfare. Though some might claim that cyclone suppression for the us (that, again, has gone on for over 11 years) is beneficial (and therefore should be embraced), this very suppression contributes to even more overall heat buildup in the climate system and thus eventually even more hurricanes of even greater strength. This must also be considered, ALL forms of climate engineering involve the use of highly toxic materials that quickly descend through the breathable air column and are, therefore, inhaled and absorbed by all life forms.

Again, about hurricane "Matthew", why is it being allowed to strengthen (or possibly even being aumented by the weather makers) when the climate engineers have patented hurricane suppression technology to suppress this storm? There are likely many agendas being carried out with "Matthew"(including providing a timely distraction from the US push toward WWlll), but as already stated, cyclones provide cooling and ocean mixing for our rapidly warming planet. So long as the weather makers can steer this highly destructive cyclone over regions and populations that are not of interest or concern to the US military powers (or over regions where the destruction might even provide opportunities for US military occupations to be carried out under the pretext of "humanitarian aid"), then the cyclones are allowed to spin up and strengthen. The "moisture pump" effect of this cyclone as it is steered northward (while possibly being prevented from making a landfall on the US east coast and thus the military ports based there) will also provide some temporary cooling for the record warm oceans and for the East Coast. But at what cost does the hurricane manipulatioin come in regard to the planet as a whole? As Matthew approaches the US, the bombardment of aerosol spraying occurring over the storm will likely increase dramatically. The climate engineers will likely try to weaken the storm to create the largest expanse of aerosolized sun blocking cloud canopy possible (SRM operations), and, again, possibly to keep the storm from actually making landfall on the US east coast. This being said, in the end, we can't know the full agenda of those behind the levers of power and thus we cannot say with certainty how they will attempt to manipulate this storm in the coming days.
Hurricane Matthew has gone through very anomalous phases where it almost appears to be a twin cyclone on radar images as the core was divided.
"Matthew" has even transitioned through phases where there were actually 3 major zones of convection.

Haiti is a country of immense struggle and crisis, much of it fueled and excacerbated by outside influences. The Haitian people already have good reason to feel angst and anger toward western powers, how much more anger would they feel if they knew about the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare operations? How many countries around the globe have had to endure engineered climate catastrophes which then led to military occupation under the pretext of "humanitarian aid"? When countries do not cooperate with the agenda of the western power structure, are they then made the victims of weather warfare?
The planet's climate system is aggressively being used as a weapon of war, conquest, and control. As power structure becomes more desperate (due to unfolding global scenarios), they will likely become rapidly more aggressive with weather warfare operations. The global geoengineering/weather warfare assault is the greatest and most immediate threat to life on Earth short of nuclear cataclysm. All are needed to help with the most critical battle to expose and halt the ongoing climate engineering insanity, make your voice heard.

Now the weather warriors have Matthew's planned track turning clockwise in the Atlantic, then heading back towards the tip of the Florida, and on through the Gulf of Mexico to hit the mainland again. Matthew will likely reorganize and strengthen when its steered back over the gulf stream and into the gulf…
I would appreciate more information from the person who commented that syphilis was released in St. Louis. I knew that the government had experimented and released something there but didn't know what it was. I too come from that area and given all the pollution and poisons created by Monsanto and Mallinkrodt Chemical Co. in that area, the possibilities of conjecture about the loss of morality/sanity just hit you over the head! Something is definitely wrong there and Monsanto is the personification of it.
It comes to mind that on Octorber 24 2012 we had a category 2 Hurricane hit the Jersey shores and it was election time…. just days before Obama was to secure his second term. Remember Chris Christi was a true Obama fan when all was calm, which really helped to secure his victory. Now one of the key states, Florida is getting hit just prior to the elections…. Haarp is definitely at work here. As well as the fact that Obama is working hard to ratify his climate change agreements as well as TPP prior to the elections and the new President will not be able to change them.

If you imagine spinning a top, one can suppose that you need some kind of a string tied onto it, or a railway to guide it to make steep U-turns. Without any guides, a spinning top could only make mild curves, gentle curvatures.

Now that it appears Matthew's track maybe turning back around on itself, TS Nicole might want to get in on the action. But of course if you don't like the current projections just come back a few hours later. Their is no telling what it will look like by then. This could be a real weather war battle raging. And as usual the models which don't include the geoengineering inputs are typical "garbage in garbage out".

Go to your closest city and do what you can to alert the people. Imagine if you got through to one hundred people a week, and they got through to one hundred people a week. That's where we're at, and that should be the goal for everyone in the know on here, who is able. Time is precious! I don't see any beneficial purpose to the geoengineering warfare, except to protect the evil entity's military assets. Well, I'm sure this hasn't gone un-noticed, but *one* certain agenda, as succinctly stated by one gloating congressman? right after they did New Orleans seems to sum it up rather well "God did what we couldn't do here (and wanted to)". Social engineering. "Cleaning up" New Orleans. Displacing local residents, bulldozing their homes, and not allowing many back. Hurricane Mathew and the "set-up" is precisely what is described in the feel good propaganda film. it looks like Mathew will be shunted out into the Atlantic once it finishes dishing havoc upon the a Caribbean. I just watched that Video YANMRAT Easy Jet You Tube. Isn't that something? Spray the passengers in the cabin also. Rest assured all these Cheapy Cheap flights are doing the same thing. For example Porter Airlines that fly here in Ontario also have Cheap Flights. So that is easy to figure out. Basically they all are on the same Band Wagon raking the money in.
Now do you know that they have Pilot's that are Magician's also? I watched one flying around just awhile ago. They call it Pilot Training, but I think that is far from the truth. I watched this smaller plane fly around upwind from the Sun over top our city. (Populated Area) The plane kept going back and forth a few times. After it finally stopped flying overhead all these fake clouds started appearing. You couldn't see anything coming from the plane while going around. I have seen this so many times before. Sometimes it's 2-3 and maybe even 4 of them. This new Technology program called Indigo Skyfold will explain it more thoroughly. I call it a backwards pilot magician though. You Know what they say. Now you see it and now you don't. In this case it is the other way around. Now you don't see it and now you do. Why would they be pilot training right over the city when there are so many open unpopulated areas around? Not only is it dangerous, and can endanger lives below if the plane malfunctions and comes down, but they are noisy and create unnessasary noise. These sneaky pilots are in no way fooling me. They are Busted, just like Easy Jet. It is just revolting that most can't piece all of this together. I told an elderly couple today about this phenomina. I said check this site out. Hello Mishelle, the “hurricane drought” refers to the fact that there has been no “major hurricane” landfalls in the US for over 11 years. Ike was at one point a major hurricane, but it did not make landfall as a major hurricane.
I have also noticed tonados are not hitting like they did 5 years ago.

I sensed there was foul play with Mathew. All summer I sensed there was going to be a major hurricane right after returning to FL for the winter, as if it was being planned…or else I picked up on future time. Right on time, I brace for its wrath. That it made a sharp turn to the north seemed strangely odd but those "sprites" photographed above it in the atmosphere was another give away indicating foul play. My hunch is that it might have something to do with the elections. Time will tell. I will do my best Light work to help compensate its effects. I have been watching the 'spraying (daily) here in WY. In the past be years I have watched trees die, animals leave the area (birds mostly) that once we're very populous (Ravens, magpis, etc.) Being replaced by other species. The turkey buzzards are now EVERYWHERE!!!!!! The fish look weird. Have seen via microscope z (4 years ago) the metals in the snow. My corgi loves snow…..playing & tunneling…. certain storms she refuses to spend extra time outside (out too do business & right back in…..cold or not. It's amazing to me that so many doctors here are so willing now to state they are from FEMA. I've noticed that these doctors fail to tell the dangers of spraying us like cock roaches. …. I do have to send coodoos to National Jewish Hospital's doctors who sternly told me to stay inside when I noticed spraying overhead. …. to protect my lungs that already are damaged with one of the so called rare diseases that are suddenly all being identified…..took 40 years.?. To do so….REALLY????? HMMMMMM…
In the past 2 months my left eye and sinus cavity has developed a cyst on the eye lid due to ??????? Burning, itching, watering, grrrrrrr, and painful pressure behind and around that eye. Hmmmmmmmmmm

Interesting you mention the burning sensation in your eyes along with "blurred" vision. I just spent 5 days in Del Mar, Calfiornia, only a few miles from La Jolla, and yes, experienced the same sensations you mentioned here in your post, especially last Friday, an extremely hot day on the beach (Del Mar Racetrack). Have you thought about setting up a table at public events to distribute materials that are freely given from GeoEngineeringWatch.org, to help spread the information to those that completely uninformed?

I live in Spring Valley and I also get a burning sensation in my eyes at night , and one of my friends who hikes a lot in local mountains has dry eye syndrome, and is otherwise very healthy.
I think part of it for me, is the dry weather, and even the beaches and coastal areas have been very hot this year. I lived in the Imperial Beach area for over twenty years, so I'm more used to coastal temps and humidity. As far as I know chemical trails have salts an aluminum and both can dry your eyes. I try to eat avocado daily , hydrate like a fiend, and go out when it's cooler and darker, late afternoon or evening.
My nose gets stuffy and it smells like Detroit here when the wind stops. I close my windows and turn on the AC , and it does help. I try to time my exercising or walking for less hazy times of day. I love the sun but it seems to make the eye burning worse, so I wear a hat and sleep late. Hope some of these ideas help.
Computer monitors can also cause your eyes to burn and they say you should try to stop once an hour and rest your eyes. I try to do one day on and one day off for the puter for that reason, same with tv, and cell phone.
