Climate engineering is a completely runaway juggernaut of total insanity. Massive Aerosol operations off the west coast of the North American continent, such heavy spraying is used in conjunction with RF transmissions.
Bizarre cloud configurations commonly occur due to the radio frequency bombardment of the atmosphere for climate modification purposes.

The following image is from the Eastern Pacific, June 26, 2015. The 90 degree angle cut out of the aerosolized cloud cover is a signature of RF influence.
After over 65 years of climate "intervention", very real damage has been done to the Earth's life support systems (along with countless other forms of anthropogenic destruction to the biosphere). The climate engineers are now appear to be attempting to use the very same intervention methods which caused the damage in the first place, to mitigate the harm already done. There is no sanity in this equation. The visible RF influence in the noctilucent cloud image below indicates probable evidence of project "LUCY" and project "ALAMO" at work. The ongoing radio frequency saturation in our atmosphere is extremely harmful to living organisms, including us.

I am writing you from the Philippines.
We survived this terribly strong and slow moving typhoon Koppu, which was an almost direct hit on our home town of Alaminos on the west coast of Luzon. Upon landfall on the 17th Oct. on the Luzon east coast it was a category 4 super typhoon and very slowly traversed Luzon as a cat 3 typhoon.
I want to tell you about our observations. In this country nobody even speaks about geoengineering, but the PH government is clearly in on this activity as civilian airplanes (I'm not yet sure weather PH Air does this also) continue spraying toxic aerosols in the PH skies 24/7 with impunity.
Commercial planes from Honk Kong etc. heading for Manila do not fly the shortest straight path but follow the curved coastal line to make sure they spray all the major coastal towns in west Luzon.
One day prior to the typhoon's landfall there were really giant and very visible HAARP signatures in the sky, i. e. these wavy RF transmission ripple waves and multiple (aerosol) cloud formations like arrow heads all pointing to the southeast.
Further the majority of the multi-agency typhoon forecast routes had the typhoon traverse Luzon until approx. the middle of Luzon and then turn sharply north. Only the US navy's forecast route was heading directly towards us in Alaminos and so it happened! The salient point here is: the US navy is in charge of HAARP!!!

I am writing you from the northern west coast of Luzon in the Philippines. Since some 8 weeks there is serious geoengineering in our skies. Sometimes I also see these weird pulse like formations which probably is HAARP. It seems that most commercial airlines worldwide are participating in this toxic aerosol spraying. I am convinced that the PH government knows about this spraying and probably is part of it also.
Does anybody know whether there are any international agreements in place already ( Open Skies Treaty etc. ) allowing foreign planes to spray over other countries just like that?
Today I identified a Cathay Pacific flight from Hong Kong to Manila spraying during daytime over my home town here in the PH.
The planes presently are mostly doing it during overcast skies using the cloud cover, at high altitudes or during the night as almost every single morning our skies are messed up with this white/silverish haze and some bizarre unnatural clouds. The chemtrailing is lately rarely being done during clearer skies.
The local mainstream media, the weather forecasters nor private people on the internet or in You Tube touch this subject with one word. There were some comments on this subject during 2013 and 2014, but nothing since then.
The vast majority of people here is blissfully ignorant or live in complete denial as so many people all over the world.

The last few days were spray days and the low pressure that tried to bring rainfall which a week ago was forecasted to have heavy rain across the PWN was killed. Most places only got a few whimpy showers.
A few days ago thunderstorm forecasts were showing up so they sprayed and got the low pressure killed. I think when it looks like they are not spraying they are doing ot heavily over the pacific ocean to block storms.
They are also trying to prevent any extremes which is why there is no 100F days in Portland yet despite the record being 107F there.
They want a total stagnant airmass so the warmth will be steady but in a way that makes the worst possible air quality with no way to break it up.
They are LITERALLY trying to weaken our immune systems to systematically kill us which I think is to disrupt the 2016 elections like how they steered Hurricane Sandy to make sure they had their half black leader. I bet they want people to be anxious and panic by that time so there can be an excuse for martial law and that will elect our king for life! I refuse to call him President because he acts more like King of America.

Hello Lynne, though it is important not to be consumed by anger, there are circomstances that more than justify such emmotions. Yes, we must maintain a strong sense of compassion, but we must also engage in tangible efforts for the common good. To do so is a primary reflection of true compassion.

i live in the Pacific N/W. We've been having record highs and everything, flora and fauna, animals and people have been wilting and dying since the beginning of June. Other areas of the world are experiencing the same events. "Natural" catastrophes have been wreaking havoc in all continents. We're just waiting for the big earthquake to happen here. I haven't noticed any cloud disruptions but I haven't been paying attention either, I will now. I wonder….once "they're" done ruining our world who are "they" going to be controlling?

We must all find cheap, easy and creative ways to be active in this fight every day.I started about 18 months ago by hand writing http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org on pizza boxes using a sharpie. I have now graduated to printing the website 30 to a page and cutting them with a paper cutter. A couple of bucks for a glue stick and 100 sheets of paper puts the website on 3000 pizza boxes. I also have a stack of full color two sided glossy GeoWatch flyers and a couple of dozen of Dane's DVD's available for those showing interest.

i am just so disgusted with the denial in our society. Why do people act so arrogant and refuse to believe the truth? Because the media has done a good job of brainwashing the public with what the military/industrial complex wants us to believe. Have you listened to the news on all channels by surfing? They all talk about the same news with little variation. Subliminal messages are flashed just under detection so we are further being given precise messages of what the government wants. The answer is to convince the legislators who care about this. They can make the right vote when it comes up for passing bills to control this. But really the worst situation is the ridiculously huge defense budget which has no control over contract agencies who do the will of the controlling few. This is where our efforts need to focus on. I would love to see a machine that sucks up these dispersants right after they are sprayed. That will show them!

We the older ones never saw the very long strands of ( Mare's tail) like that years ago! Spraying going on. It is interesting to see the clouds going one way and the spray going the other way! Is the SUPERDARN one of those Ionospheric heaters we have how many here in Canada?? Yesterday at 17:00 a weather satellite showed green as if it was raining over town here and there was no rain ! I didn't know this, so I suspect that some of what then I see is more of their heavy metal spraying going on? Perhaps others might take notes/ pictures of these for future reference's?

I live in the foothills of the Sierra's (el dorado county). This morning I woke to the fake clouds in the north east sky, having a V shape pointing directly north. In the south/west of the east part of the foothills, there were the RF clouds going south/north. The air outside is "still". For the past day in a half I have been having difficulty in "getting enough oxygen" in my lungs.
I am wondering what you can glean from my experience with the formations of these clouds, and shed some light for me.
Also, my daughter just moved to Michigan and said that the engineered clouds were above the storm clouds. She has horses and said that the farmer where she gets her hay mentioned that he can't bale the hay because of the constant rain that they are experiencing.

I live in the county next to you ( Amador County) and the amounts they have been spraying from early evening on the 28th and continuing today are criminal. I have lot's of pictures of all this. I wish there was a common place for us all to share the pictures that we have, at least from those of us in this part of California, to try to get maybe some kind of timing and amounts of the spraying from day to day. On the topic of hay- I have been noticing strange colors for the past 3 seasons in the hay here in Georgia. I am seeing an almost neon purple shade in the various mixed grasses, and have seen a very bright maroon and even a black color on the Johnson grass; a very stalky and broad leafed plant when mature (looks somewhat like a small corn plant). I have observed numerous tiny dots and speckles (as if fine mist from an aerosol spray can drifted over it) and also very vivid large blotches on these plants such that I have been picking through hay now for 3 yrs. and removing all that I can which looks like poison on the hay. VERY ANNOYING and time consuming, especially when it is winter and freezing outside. I have seen this on hay baled that is coming from different locations around the region and also observed discoloration on alfalfa orchard grass hay purchased from western Kentucky so it looks like it is widespread. This particular hay from Ky. showed some orange, yellow and even pinkish shades on the alfalfa. NEVER seen that before in over 40 yrs. of looking at hay. Anybody else noticing this in their regions??.. I'd like to know. Can any chemists tell me what compounds might leave residues of colors like that? I'd like to have it analyzed but don't know what to ask them to test for! Please help if you can. Thanks!

I recently had something crawling around under my home. I set-up an infra-red video camera. Found it to be a opossum. I moved the camera to watch the night sky afterwards. With just the light of the infra-red from the camera looking into the sky it illuminated all of the particulate matter falling to the ground. I thought it was snowing. Some small, like snow flakes, and some one to two inch stringy things. I went outside with a flashlight, couldn't see a thing. The infra-red lights it all up. It is so thick! I will try the same thing with a higher resolution camera and record it to post here soon.If you could see this stuff in real time you would be afraid to go outside without a mask, this will wake the masses up! I hope.

If you take red cellophane and put over lens, you will see things you could not see with clear lens. ie you can use blue, or yellow and you will get different effects on the same picture. Try look at the moon and the tings around it with the different colors..Very Intersting, especially after hvy. spray at sunset…
Mother nature use to do this naturally for sunrises and sunsets, before all the modifications, now you need to help it a bit.

Until April 2015 I rarely had the opportunity to take pictures of such clouds.
They occurred only now and then and covered only a small area. I made a 8 minute slideshow of this material. The small collection of pictures were taken in 2014 and early 2015.
Since May 2015 things changed a lot and I am seeing them frequently now. Be it in Bavaria, Germany, or in the Bonn-area, Germany. At the present time they seem to play around with that technology almost daily. I even don't have enough time to upload them all. Something is going on and is gaining pace.
Hi Dane – would 'normal' clouds, ones of simple water vapor, be reactive to the RF waves from the ionosphere heaters? Would they begin to ripple like we see in the images above? Many people I have mentioned this to, say it's upper level winds that make this pattern. Which I know is BS.

We all live in a brain dead society and most people except what they are told. I always thought that people would change there ways of thinking if they were directly effected. We all are being sprayed daily with toxic poisons, and most except that if the news reports that it is okay they except that. We are all told that it is just normal contrails and the criminals reporting this perpetrate there sick existence for another day.
How soon people forget that the ones in charge don't care about anyone but pursuing there lies to benefit the power structure. I have seen people with fear in there eyes before and sometimes that fear turns to panic.
In 2004 I lived on the west coast of Florida around Tampa Bay. We had Hurricane charley that was forecasted to directly hit the Tampa bay area. I prepared my house for several days before Charley was to hit. I lived about a mile from the Gulf and the barrier islands were preparing to close as the draw bridges were locked in a up right position. My house was high enough to ride out any storm surge. On the day of August 13 2004 Charley was still forecasted to hit Tampa Bay area. In the afternoon I saw very strange events leading up to landfall. The clouds coming in to my visable eye were very heavy with gravity waves. The gravity waves were covered with hints of magnetic colors of green and reds. Most were to busy to watch the sky like I did as my preparations were done. I watched the berometer rise for our area and fall drastically for Punta Gorda.
In the early afternoon of August 13 the National Hurricane Center still had Tampa St. Pete as ground zero. The hurricane had sustained winds of 115 mph and at 2 PM the NHC upped the winds to 145 mph. What I saw next just awed me as the man across the street took plywood out and laid the sheets against his windows. Those sheets not fastened were just projectiles to hit were ever. That was the denial of most people to the degree of a major hurricane coming and still not preparing. Many people had evacuated the area but many remained in areas of catastrophic storm surge. Most people are so complacent and are in total denial until it's to late. Charley took a sharp turn and hit Punta gorda a 100 miles south of us. I watched on TV the total destruction of Charley on that area and that was supposed to be us. If it weren't for a few local mets telling people it was turning many more would have died were Charley hit. The NHC just covered there tracks to this day as they never told that Charley was turning.
This hurricane was one of the most engineered storms on record in the list of many. In the following 6 weeks we had 3 more hurricanes criss cross Florida hitting the same spots at times. I had studied weather modification many years before Charley hit so I knew what to look for. Most Hurricanes dated back to many decades ago were controlled, Katrina, Charley, Andrew and many more including the infamous Camille in 1969.
The same setup is appearing for this year as of 2004. In 2004 there was a early forming Elnino like this year and the same for hurricane Andrew in 1992. What will the power structure use to further there climate agenda. All it takes is one major storm. There never was a direct hit on a major city from a major hurricane. Will this year be the year I pray not. Tampa bay area hasn't seen a hit by a major hurricane since 1923 when the population was in the thousands now in the millions. There are many more major cities that can be hit and most people are so complacent and stuck in their rationality of insanity. The weather Warfare will continue but where? There are now many of us that know what to look for when they play there sick games.
The economy in Greece is about to collapse and now Puerto Rice can't pay back 73 billion it owes to the IMF/World Bank. The Chinese have started a new world bank with the UK, France, Germany, Russia and others. The days of the US dollar as the world standard are over. The worldwide economic collapse is under way and with the imminent environmental collapse not too far away the great tribulation is ever nearer.
I couldn't agree any more Ken. I try to talk to my closest friends and they think I'm nuts. I'm doing a lot of scripture reading and its all coming together. I'm extremely discouraged. But all one can do is try to educate the masses. I'm glad I'm becoming more and more educated every day. No matter what your religion, we all need to care about this one planet we live on. I'm prepared to fight!
As of today Dane's site has had over 17 million visitors. If only 10% of these visitors posted one flyer in a local store, or on a community notice board, or even attached to a tree in a park, the coverage would be vast. Produce DVD's and give them to friends and family. Get business cards printed promoting Geoengineering Watch. Do anything you can to get the word out.Call your local officials, inform everyone as only through persistence will we succeed.
Time is not on our side and we must reverse this insanity before it is too late.

I have seen the checker board streaks, herring bones, and resonant ripples. Pointing these out has rendered little. Fortunately, there is a sign painted sky blue. I ask, "When was the last time you have seen the sky that color?". There is usually a pause as their wheels turn and they are dumbfounded to answer.
Sometime around 1980, I was working in the garden on a clear day. Looking up, there was a "cloud" that ran in a straight line from horizon to horizon. It was a uniform tube, no other clouds. Bending back over, I contemplated how a cloud could form as such, but couldn't come up with anything. As the sun sank, electric flashes within the tube were visible and at times, flashes would appear simultaneous on both horizons and dance towards the middle. There was never any ground strikes or sound.
At the time and for many years, I thought I had witnessed an unexplainable weather anomaly. Now, I realize I witnessed an experiment.
Yeah, how to create lighting, to strike your "enemy," meaning, the people on the other side of the planet who want to drive cars now same as you do and your "law makers" send your military who are ever willing to fight those other countries in order to get all the remaining oil. IT ALL GOES BACK TO PEAK OIL/PEAK RESOURCES. DUH.
Yesterday we watched a movie called RUMORS of WARS Very enlightening about the feds and BIG corporate push for RFID after several so called terrorist attacks in Chicago and other areas that were blamed on Christians. College kids were falling all over themselves to become enlightened by the Corporation ned.ZURN
Were we born so much more perceptive to this catastrophe in our skies, or are most people really that uninformed and aloof about the destruction of natural weather patterns? Many comments I see, on Dane’s site, include the fact that "anyone " can tell those clouds are not normal. Maybe that statement needs to be examined a little closer. Maybe we are cursed with special powers of perception others don't possess. We're "special"….
I'm going to say that we were born more perceptive, most people are left brained and less intuitive. I feel the frequency manipulation in my solar plexus and some days are unbearable, the only thing that helps a little is deep breathing if I have the energy.
Watching the 10 PM news here in SoCal. People sending in many photos of extremely colorful sunset tonight. Lots of reds, oranges, etc, and COMPLETELY artificial in nature. General public not aware and meteorologists keep insisting colors "normal". Even Facebook and Instagram reporting high posting volume of colorful and ARTIFICIAL sunsets. All caused by spraying activity/aerosols in upper atmosphere.
Likewise with HAARP technology. Need to pay attention to increased high wind issues across N. America lately. Straight line wind damage, trees knockdown, power poles knocked down, tornadoes all evidence of artificial movement of air masses using high powered heater/transmitters.
People pick a news source or two that align with their politics and are spoon fed the issues of the day. At some point, it seems that the majority were taught not to question the official story. To question the official story makes you a conspiracy nut. TV programs are geared to dumb down the general public but make them feel intelligent because they are in the know regarding reality TV personalities and the hyped issues of the day. I have observed that people who are in touch with nature are much easier to wake up. For many, they spend every spare moment engrossed in entertaining themselves via social media, the net, games, TV, work and family issues (not actually spending quality time with their children but being in each others presence). They have enslaved themselves in mind numbing time wasting pursuits. They live in a self imposed electronic matrix and are oblivious of the incredible obvious changes taking place in nature.
Considering how much info Dane finds and reports on this site weekly, it’s pretty clear the mainstream media is covering up and misleading the public.
I don’t know that it would be unfair to compare modern society to pleasure zombies. It’s scary that people do not look up and see the obvious spraying. You can point this out and they will not believe what is right before their eyes. It takes a concerted effort to gain entry into this consumer driven/non-critical thinking mindset and awaken the dormant human being lurking in the shadows. All you can do is strike a match and hopefully spark a light which allows people to become enlightened. The masses are truly like a frog in a pot of water that is being heated to a boil. They are unaware, uninterested and unlikely to realize their predicament in time to hop out of the pot.
I haven’t given up. I just woke a coworker up. I did this slowly by discussing science (often non-related first). Another co-worker heard Dane on Coast to Coast and has become aware of geoengineering. We had been discussing the climate and I could see the dots had begun to connect. I try to awaken people slowly because it seems to be a more effective methodology for me.
Even though it often leaves me feeling like a member of the wrong species, i would never give up the ability to notice the world around me. Even when it's mostly depressing as hell.
Frankly, i think the way most people are going to be reached is when they start feeling the impact in their own body, or when there is no more food or water to be bought at any price. I recently watched a documentary in which people who had all the evidence regarding the JFK assassination laid out in front of them, refused to accept it because they didn't want to. Articles like this should be a huge wake up call to all those in the biological sciences. The public will not wake up to this horror, because it's too horrible for them to believe.

It's so discouraging that people cannot get their heads out of their phones and Look Up! They send in photos to the news stations seeing "pictures" in the clouds, but no mention of the utterly bizarre nature of the clouds (in this case a vertical trail unraveling).
The rippling noctilucent clouds look fascinating, but they harken to frighteningly deadly projects already taking place. The video showing the obvious RF in the Southern US should wake anyone up. The storms appear out of nowhere. We've seen this over and over. And there's nothing natural about a right angle in a "cloud".
These are great examples, Dane. They're excellent evidence. Often it's just nearly impossible to get others to LOOK at the evidence. They're working on a "belief" system. It's always harder to raise awareness of things people do not see. It's an immense obstacle and challenge.

As I write we are a few hundred miles north of our home in flight of this very phenomenon. Living some four miles from the Mexican border in Arizona, we seem to be in the pathway of currents moving northward out of Mexico as the previous comment notes.
It seems to be done by HAARP. If I had to guess I'd say they are lifting the atmosphere high like a rubber band and snapping it down. On us and our home. The winds are beyond description. The neighbor has flags demonstrating the capricious, violent nature of winds, or as we prefer to say, the big suck. It seems to be suction at times. In ten minutes' time span the wind will blow violently at least 70-80 mph from all four directions in sequence. You go insane. You can't work. If you do you'll have to do it over. You can't think. Your ears ring as though a gun had been fired next to your temple. And of course the fabric of life deteriorates with stress, anger, irrationality and spates of sheer stupidity.
Then there are the particulates – shine a flashlight into the once starry sky and it is a solid white beam into the heavens. The once clean desert air beyond filthy at times. Every morning we awake coughing horrible goo out of our lungs like we'd smoked a pound of dope. It's superfluous to say, but life becomes futile, ridiculous. Depression dogs us. Even the animals are quite affected.
In the mornings of such events (luckily so far not every day) you'll see the tattletale herringbone clouds. God help us. Four nights out from home now and our ears have stopped ringing. No coughing up anything in the morning. Reason returns and finally I find myself capable of writing comments. I'm serious, we are going to have to move. Again. For the third time in five years because of this fiendish, human-caused plague.
Then again, I doubt the humanity of those who would wreak this upon our beautiful planet. The cabal is pure evil. This is the reason we wish there were a more damning term than "geoengineering." There is a cloud over nearby towns of Mexican Americans. A persistent fog. We seriously believe they have sterilized Mexico. My Spanish is fluent and I ask friends and acquaintances about our observation of a total lack of pregnancy and newborns. Most stop dead in their tracks, a look of concern creeping over their faces. All admit: no. No pregnancies to speak of in Douglas, Arizona. We have paid close attention. On the other hand, I hear of places northward with no troubles: record births at Bozeman, Montana. An anti-geoengineering activist in Maryland knows numerous Central American families and reports every one of them to have either pregnancies or newborns. But life on the Mexican border is ridiculous for this assault on the Mexican population.
Which is why we need a fresh term to describe some aspects of these spraying campaigns entirely unrelated to the weather. They are strictly anthropocentric. They are anti-personnel weapons.
Stunning satellite images, particularly the first two. See RF all the time here in NE. So are there methane outbursts everywhere we see them? I would doubt it. I would bet RF is used for basic weather control more often than for methane. Are these projects just more cover stories? Although as nanodiamond manufacturing, I would then doubt that, too. ?
I see this radio frequency effect often over my area of Mendocino County, California. Indeed, yesterday early morning as the daylight came on, there was a fan shaped array spread out in my direction from magnetic north. The clouds were arrayed out like spread fingers while on both sides of this fan the clouds were uneffected. Patently obvious, pun intended. This morning I noticed on Tellicast satellite tropical cloud moisture moving up into this region in a rather straight line from Mexico and further south. The odd thing is some large section when arriving here actually curved and went from east to west out into the high pressure bubble without any resistencia. Yet, some moisture way out I the Pacific did knock up against the high pressure ridge. This moisture could not get through and its visible wall was a perfect cur ither that made visible the perfect rounded shape of the artificial high pressure being kept in place over the Northern California region. In my area we are burning up with triple digit temps for the past couple of weeks, with temps of 104 to 108 expected this upcoming week. It was 112 in Dos Rios the other day. Thanks for these pis, Dane! No one can deny such evidence. It is obvious we are all being zapped.
