To Dane and everyone else, just discovered that lawsuits AGAINST weather modification go back to the first example in 1950! (I was researching whether or not the Blizzard of '49 could have been one of the first examples of weather modification. Wow, I NEVER even knew anyone/anybody had sued! Many are listed at this site: http://www.rbs2.com/weather.pdf How can you have lawsuits against something that "doesn 't happen"?

Here’s one more reason the world should aim to limit warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius, a goal of the international Paris Agreement: It will help keep the tropics from becoming a deadly hothouse.
A study published Monday suggests that sharply cutting emissions of greenhouse gases to stay below that limit, which is equivalent to about 2.7 degrees Fahrenheit of warming since 1900, will help the tropics avoid episodes of high heat and high humidity — known as extreme wet-bulb temperature, or TW — that go beyond the limits of human survival.
“An important problem of climate research is what a global warming target means for local extreme weather events,” said Yi Zhang, a graduate student in geosciences at Princeton University and the study’s lead author. “This work addresses such a problem for extreme TW.”
The study is in line with other recent research showing that high heat and humidity are potentially one of the deadliest consequences of global warming.
“We know that climate change is making extreme heat and humidity more common,” said Robert Kopp, a climate scientist at Rutgers University who was not involved in the study. “And both of those things reduce our ability to live in a given climate.”
Dr. Kopp, who was an author of a study published last year that found that exposure to heat and humidity extremes was increasing worldwide, said a key contribution of the new work was in showing that, for the tropics, “it is easier to predict the combined effects of heat and humidity than just how hot it is.”
Ms. Zhang, along with two other Princeton researchers, Isaac Held and Stephan Fueglistaler, looked at how the combination of high heat and high humidity is controlled by dynamic processes in the atmosphere. They found that if global warming is limited to 1.5 degrees, the wet-bulb temperature at the surface can approach but not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, or 95 degrees Fahrenheit, in the tropics.
That region, a band roughly 3,000 miles from north to south that encircles Earth at the Equator, includes much of South and East Asia, Central America, Central Africa. It is home to more than 3 billion people.
Above a wet-bulb temperature of 35 Celsius, the body cannot cool down, as sweat on the skin can no longer evaporate. Prolonged exposure to such conditions can be fatal, even for healthy people. Lower but still high wet-bulb temperatures can affect health and productivity in other ways.
Ms. Zhang cautioned that the effect on health from her study was uncertain, since she and her colleagues looked only at how high wet-bulb temperatures would get, not how often the extremes would be reached or how long they would last. “Thorough knowledge on the health impact of intensity, frequency, and duration of high wet-bulb temperatures is needed,” she said.
The study was published in the journal Nature Geosciences.
The target of 1.5 degrees of warming was the lower of two established by the 2015 Paris Agreement among nations to fight climate change. But the world has already warmed by about 1 degree since 1900, and the ability to stay beneath the target is slowly slipping away as nations’ emissions reductions, both achieved and pledged, have fallen far short of what is needed.
A growing body of research has found that global warming so far is taking an increasing toll on human health indirectly through drought and crop failures, extreme storms and flooding, increased spread of certain insect-borne diseases and other effects.
But heat also has direct effects on the human body. Even relatively dry heat can be enough to kill people, as evidenced by the toll from heat waves in recent years. And the combination of heat and high humidity has already reached dangerous levels in parts of the world.
A study last year that looked at weather data found two sites in the tropics that have already had numerous occurrences of wet-bulb temperatures above 35 degrees, and many sites, including some along the southeastern coast of the United States, that have had TW readings from 31 to 33 degrees. But in most of the occurrences, the extreme conditions lasted only for an hour or two.
The effects of heat and humidity are worse for women, older people and those with chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, said Glen Kenny, a professor of physiology at the University of Ottawa who studies how the body copes with heat stress.
Work or exercise generates heat, and the body has to dissipate it. If the air temperature is higher than body temperature, the main source of cooling is through evaporation of sweat. But if the humidity reaches a point where sweat cannot evaporate, “essentially the body will gain heat,” said Dr. Kenny, who was not involved in the new study.
That stresses the cardiovascular system. “The strain that the heart is facing becomes progressively greater, especially if there’s successive days of heat exposure,” he said.

Naomi Klein explains the “shock doctrine” a term she coined to explain how the power structure uses a natural disaster, or an economic disaster, or one seemingly caused by the other, and so on, to advance business interest to exploit markets or simply make profit.
In her NY Times article discussion about Texas, she points out that the Texas energy market is a closed grid system that underwent rule changes that removed populist safeguards against price spikes.
After “free market” policies to encourage the free flow of power, in which arbitrage took effect, consumers lost price protections from price exploitation. Enron in the late 1990’s is the poster child for corporate malfeasance around ripping off the electricity consumers by manipulating energy supplies to drive top prices on unsuspecting consumers who got electricity from investor owned utilities.
About Texas, one consequence of the freeze is that the closed Texas grid will now be forced open so its grid will be open to export and import power from other areas. To achieve a low-carbon effluent power supply system, Texas needs to have an open grid so when its windmills are over producing the power can be sent to other states, and so on.
The mainstream news uses words like “soviet” to characterize the Texas grid model evoking all the crumbling decay of a dying communist empire. But the slur is intended and it is a blow to the Texas oligarchs who have profited over the generations from the system currently in place.
So, to return to Naomi Klein’s theory of a shock doctrine. As I read the article in the NY Times, I thought how the shock of the Covid infection is forcing a huge re-alignment of economies in the USA and around the world. The Covid infection is a seemingly natural event but it was handled in such an incompetent way that you are left wondering if the ineptitude was by design.
We don’t know where the Covid really came from; it may have been a lab leak or even an actual act of foreign or civil war. In any case, the lockdown associated with Covid is driving millions into poverty, but it is also opening up economic opportunities to those with cash and means to lever capital.
One of the interesting things about the Texas freeze is that it is happening during a time of global warming, a fact we know is occurring. But of course, Texans are famous for their denialism and remain steadfast about getting electricity from coal and gas, windmills notwithstanding. The freeze broke the system for a variety of reasons, but I am interested in the cause and source of the freeze event.
Indeed, one news story reported on the complex polar vortex effect that was at play in the Texas freeze, but it noted that the area above the North pole, in a high altitude high air pressure pocket (which was causing the cold to push deep south into the USA through influence on the jet stream pattern) reached into the hundred plus degrees temperature. A hundred plus degrees 30,000 feet over the north pole? Yet 32 degree Fahrenheit on the Arctic shore.The explanation in the news story was not credible to my untrained ear. I am sorry I did not keep a copy of the report.
While Texas is freezing, many pundits observed that the freeze was not anomaly; such freezes have occurred before and shouldn’t have been any big surprise; shame on the electricity produce era for not being better prepared. But, they don’t discuss the weird conditions that seem to be pushing the event deep south.
But should we be wondering about the polar high pressure zone that reached off the charts high temperatures?
It would be worth comparing past deep freezes that have swept over the continental USA with the one we just saw this February 2021. Was the vortex split at earlier freeze events? Was there an anamolous heat bubble at earlier freeze events, or is the heat bubble over the north pole something new?
It is a fact that the United States has developed the technology through the DARPA program, to inject aerosols in high altitude applications and then heat the particulant with high energy microwave energy and effect heat build up in the ionosphere. For what purpose?
Preposterous as it sounds, the ability to control high pressure zones in the atmosphere enables military agencies to effectively influence the direction and intensity of weather systems. This is not fiction, it is fact. There is a patent trail showing what technology goes into weather modification plus numerous scholarly articles and other documents that show this to be true. But since this is all national security matters, there is a secrecy lid that remains closed.
Because employees within the NOAA and other select Department of Commerce agencies do not have Federal Whistle Blower Protection, the national security blanket makes it a death sentence to break the oath to secrecy, which is why Whistle Blower Protections are critical.
The prospect that the high heat in the north pole upper atmosphere was caused by human weather modification, would not be a surprise if the objective was to break the old ‘soviet’ Texas electric grid, so a modern low carbon high efficiency alternatives can be put in place. Preposterous, I know, but no more preposterous that what occurred around the September 11 attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon.
As a skeptic of much of what the mainstream media tells us is ‘true,’ I cannot consider that the Texas deep freeze was completely natural. Given the technological ability to direct the course and flow of jet streams, it is not inconceivable that this deep freeze was encouraged to push deep south to undo the Texas electric grid and break it.
It would be consistent with Naomi Klein’s theory of the capitalist shock doctrine; except in the case I am proposing, we are talking about a kind of corporatism, where state agency is fused with a plutocratic imperative to amass more wealth at the expense of others.
Great report this week Dane especially on Bill Gates. He is one of the most evil men on this planet! You are right about that smirk on his face and I bet it would be gone if someone held him down and forced his poison vaccine on him! You notice you never see him in any pictures wearing a mask! What does that tell you? The more I research the uglier our future looks, what is left of it. They are finding more side effects that can come from this so called vaccine. One is mad cow disease. Just horrible! My friend's husband's ex wife was having issues with her potassium levels right after she got the vaccine and then she could not stand or walk, so she went into the hospital where they gave her a second shot but it did not match the first because they did not have that brand, but she needed to be fully vaccinated to go to this rehab home. For some reason she will need a third shot. If the woman does not end up dead after all this, it will be a miracle! Awhile back I watched a video where Dr Sherri Tenpenny was being interviewed buy this woman, and I can't remember her name, but she told Dr Tenpenny that she told her family if they took this vaccine they were on their own…she would not take care of them when they became injured from the vaccine. Sounds pretty cruel, but maybe this is what needed to be said to knock some sense into their heads! This gene therapy shot they are calling the vaccine is a time bomb inside the vaccinated body ready to explode. Why would anyone in their right mind take a shot that has more serious side effects than the virus they are vaccinating against? I say they have not done any research or are just too far gone from being brainwashed by mainstream media. These side effects can show up right away or years later! I have 2 brothers who already took this shot and I am sick to stomach thinking what could happen to them! Now they want to experiment on babies with the Johnson & Johnson Covid 19 vaccine.,..unbelievable!

Greetings everyone. I used to set up GeoWatch booths and tables in front of Port Charlotte, Florida library and Charlotte County Administration Center, among other locations, steady twice a week for over a year. You may have seen pictures of many successful events posted here many times.
Since I moved to southwest corner of Virginia, very rural, borderline wilderness settings, and also harsh enough winters, to not be able to do it, the booths seized for now. It is getting warmer though, but the main candidate library in Middlesboro, Ky is still closed for renovation. They are dragging the reopening of it beyond believe, for now they say some time in the summer (initially October last year).
The point of me mentioning it all, is encouragement to all those who feel somewhat hopeless. I will continue with my awareness efforts, including mentioned booths, and I encourage all of you to do as well. I had more people coming up to me, thanking me, taking pictures of the booth and so on, than I could ever count over the years. People do respond to exposure and messages we send by exhibiting them. They also respond proportionally to the frequency they are exposed to any given message, and with that controllers still beat us exponentially. That ratio is changing in our favor and fast. And it MUST accelerate even further.
Help us, don't sit the bench. We all can do something. Until the local library opens, and I establish my permanent presence in front of it, I did set up one booth in front of the Pineville, Ky library, sometime in February. Unfortunately I do not have technical capability to insert the pictures here.
Never give up, never! And final note is this: Although the horizon indeed is dark, and all our efforts do not guarantee a successful outcome, here is truthful and obvious observation and statement. No matter how bad it gets, and no matter how hopeless it looks, succumbing to it and worrying about it does NOT help! It simply doesn't! To the contrary, it is disabling and undermining any and every our effort to counter that dark outcome. That is simple fact of the matter. We all would be wise to remember that.

To ALL, I've written this last winter that "spring thaw is going to be a bitch". Well, actually it's not been that bad so far. My driveway is the ultimate litmus test. This year the soil is draining and setting up within days of being free of snow cover. I won't have deep tire tracks this year. Is this a good thing? I don't know, yet. This is what I do know. This winter the soil did not freeze anywhere near as deep as it did even just last year, let alone previous years before that. So what happened to all that "snow pack" and ice that I contended with all winter? Some of it went into the ground because it could. Some of it "sublimated" into the breathable air column(lord only knows what's in it) and some of it actually ran out as melted stuff that had water as a vehicle. Those washed in left behind chemical ice nucleation agents are extremely combustible at low temperatures. Then add on the daily layers of aerosol assault and you get "wild fire season". One of the points that I always point out in that regard is the fact that a crew of fire fighters could, 20 years ago, with their fire axes, dig a line that would stop a fire. Now days even a D-9 dozer 2 and 3 wide can not stop a fire in the same terrain. My local fire station captain is full aware of this. "He's the one that made the point and I connected the dots for him". Seems like we will go from snow melt to fire season in a week or so just like the past few years. Lord knows how much I miss what little rain we got just 10 years ago. What I see happening in my region is more than alarming to watch unfold in such a short time and the kicker is that my region is only a small l example of the weather assault posed on populations globally. What would populations do if they knew they had been attacked? I'd like to find out!
These are "strange days indeed". "Imagine" what we could have had. "War is over, if you want it". S'pose I better stop there, I might get snuffed out by someone that wants to get a gals attention. Reply to P Ard in southern Colorado: There were reports about this on a couple Taos face book pages yesterday; it stretched all the way to Santa Fe at least, according to one report. A number of people recommended geoengineering watch, as did I, and there were a lot of good responses as well as the usual uniformed ones, but those who knew what it was answered intelligently and respectfully. The sky was hideous and the jets just kept coming. But I took heart that quite a lot of people noticed and were questioning what the heck was going on. Word is getting around, thank God.
I read Gates has already received his second dose of vaccine..Wonder if he really took it.

… in my book "The CIA as Organized Crime" … Most people have no idea what cops really do. They think cops give you a speeding ticket. They don’t see the cops associating with professional criminals and making money in the process. They believe that when a guy puts on a uniform, he or she becomes virtuous. But people who go into law enforcement do so for the thrill of wielding power over other people, and in this sense, they relate more to the crooks they associate with than the citizens they’re supposed to protect and serve. They’re looking to bully someone and they’re corrupt. That’s law enforcement.
The CIA is populated with the same kind of people, but without any of the constraints. The CIA officer who created the Phoenix program [in Vietnam], Nelson Brickham, told me this about his colleagues: “I have described the intelligence service as a socially acceptable way of expressing criminal tendencies. A guy who has strong criminal tendencies but is too much of a coward to be one, would wind up in a place like the CIA if he had the education.” Brickham described CIA officers as wannabe mercenaries “who found a socially acceptable way of doing these things and, I might add, getting very well paid for it.”
It’s well known that when the CIA selects agents or people to run militias or secret police units in foreign nations, it subjects its candidates to rigorous psychological screening.

My disgust and dislike of Bill Gates cannot be described adequately with words, seeing the MASSIVE harm he has done in the killing and maiming of thousands of innocent children in both Africa and India. I also lack the words to describe my horror that this psychopath just continues to do massive damage and is ALLOWED to! I've even wondered if he is the anti-Christ. I'm really surprised he is still alive, after all the damage he has done.

Thank you. My sentiments as well. There needs to be a Nuremberg Trial for Gates (Gaetz) and his ilk who have done such irreparable damage to the people of this world. He is beyond evil and were it not for his immense wealth would have been put in an insane asylum years ago. Without an international tribunal, he and his wealth will continue to wreak havoc on this planet and those on it.
Why he and Ted Turner, C Schwab, Kissinger and others are not arrested for crimes against humanity is beyond understanding. 'Or is that 'special club' so powerful that we are essentially doomed?

One is about the technology of DNA altering (relevant to your topic this week), the other…the bats in China and the "mystery" around how the Corona virus jumped to humans. Utter BS. Blatant lies, obvious to anyone who's been paying attention. Sadly, not enough…yet. Thank you for continuing to remind us just who cooked up this Covid catastrophe.
It's 45 degrees in northeast Washington. I hear planes overhead but can't see them due to cloud cover…and guess what? It's "snowing!" Why people don't ask questions about these things is a sure sign of the thorough brainwashing we've succumbed to. As you often say, what will it take to wake people up? Hi, I appreciate your remarks and links, and last summer spent a few nights on Lake Quinault, at the mid-northern end of the Olympic Peninsula, visiting the lake, and under the cloud cover, we could hear the roar of jet plane overhead; the roar sustained for a long time puzzling me; multiple passes occurred over a period of time; on one of these events during the day time I could see the evidence of aerial spraying in the circular loop, which told me that at the northern end of the Olympic peninsula, the operators were making the turn to return toward the next loop.
A general principle is that whenever you see governments or any other groups talk about Advanced Technologies being unveiled publicly, those Technologies were likely already present and had been around for a number of years before they ever reached the light of day. As an example, DARPA was a consultant on the movie Terminator 3 many years ago.
Kari Lake, a very popular news anchor in Phoenix recently resigned. After 22 years, she said that she no longer was proud to be in her profession. She then went on to say that things got really bad when Covid hit. She said that the news she was asked to read was not "fully truthful." BOOM!!! This is what is needed. The mass awareness Dane talks about requires people like Kari that have tremendous spheres of influence. I'll try to find an address to mail her some geoengineering info.

Grocery store shelves are finally beginning to fill up again here in Texas, weeks after the Polar Vortex WATERgate conspiratorial engineered climate tragedy. I stress Water because millions of people still have no clean water! And two gallon limit mandates are in effect at all stores. With absolutely No Emergency Food or Water distribution by (federally activated) National Guard, state or county organizations anywhere, except in Houston and Austin.
Store shelves are only being stocked with GMO Foods and Beverages while the traditional, organic and non GMO shelves remain empty. And "those" farmers are reporting that soil conditions have become so contaminated by chemicals that weeds won't even grow! They know that atmospheric and rain contaminants are to blame for obliterating their crop harvest ventures and refuse to be blackmailed by the weather warfare Gates minions, into becoming GMO Poison farmers. So, they're being forced to accept offers by commercial and residential development contractors.
I moved from the city to the country to get away from insane neighbors and out of control crime rates. But now the sprawling pasture and farm land that once surrounded my home, is being systematically bulldozed over and clearcut, with new houses going up in place of once beautiful tree orchard groves, rows of green crops and prairie grasses. All of which were slowly dying off and disappearing any way, from the toxic sky fallout. (and deadly UV radiation)
20 years ago there was only large numbers of house flies in Summer and even then, it was nothing out of the ordinary. But through the years it has become more like an episode of the Twilight Zone! They appear in the millions now, from Spring through Fall and even when temperatures plummet in Winter. Which defies all logic in regards to the laws of Nature. I had flies literally crawling into my house, under gaps in doors… when the engineered polar vortex crippled this state in February! Couldn't fly… obviously because the cold had substantially lowered their metabolic rate. But what is up with that? Are common house flies being genetically cloned and manipulated by labs around the world to keep producing exorbitant quantities of maggots year round, for edible protein that's intended to supplement GMO food production, or what? I can literally find no rational explanation for this anomaly, as I can never remember (ever) seeing one single fly in my youth, when temperatures fell below the freezing point. Now I see them crawling on the ground as snow is falling from the sky… and grasshoppers desperately seeking shade from the sun during the Summer months. The intense solar radiation will kill grasshoppers (NOW) if they don't find shade in time… and in the days of my youth, I remember how they couldn't live without spending as much time as possible… in direct sunlight!
These are truly Orwellian times and Mother Earth is slowly being transformed into something otherworldly. Because we have allowed a handful of insane conquer-aholics to brainwash humanity, into willingly giving up free will and accepting them as the keepers of all life on a dying planet. Allowing the human spirit, consciousness and our souls to be replaced with subservience, the inability to think for ourselves and hollow shells, or ghosts of who we once were. Before geoengineering, technological addictions, pharmaceutical afflictions and warmongering fossil fuel empires made our lives a living hell!
The American Dream has become an Orwellian Nightmare, because nearly everyone chooses to remain asleep at the wheel… as we are racing towards the cliff of ultimate extinction free fall. Yet all we have to do is heed the warnings and wake up to the alarm clock of common sense. But that won't happen if humanity lapses even deeper into a coma of apathy and self denial.
It's up to all of us, to make sure that they don't hit the snooze button (Any More)! As time to do the right thing is rapidly running out.
Southern Colorado, here. Beautiful blue sky this morning….just likely yesterday crystal blue all day. At 10:00 am this morning the sky was suddenly filled with high altitude aircraft leaving chem trails in every direction. We counted as many as twenty jets at one time in the sky.
we took pictures at 11:00 as the chem trails had spread and only some blue sky was left. By noon the entire sky was hazed over…blocking the sun…..dimming it. This lasted until late afternoon until the mess moved away to the north and East, the sky returned to clear blue. On the horizon, near sunset, was a gunky orange haze hanging low, very much like a low haze in the summer from distant forest fires.
To ALL, I just got notice of this weeks broadcast in my email. So I popped up the posting here and am seriously delighted to see yet another Gem Faire Geo Engineering Awareness Booth being "deployed" I love using that term when it comes to someones Geo engineering awareness booth! There are some things some of you folks may not notice in the picture posted here. For starters, look at the sign boards. They've got some serious mileage on them and there's only one way to make them look that way. I know, I've got a set just like them. (Thanks Steve). Secondly, the booth has someone tending the post. I'm proud of you boys! Thanks for taking the time to get a photo opp. Lastly, there is one thing missing. "New faces tending the booth!" Look folks, if poor little me can travel 300 miles to tend the Gem Faire awareness booth all 3 days bell to bell, twice, so can many of 'you'. It's a pretty 'simple' task. Stay on topic, only speak of what you know and send folks away with the seeds of thought in their hand.

A Restless stirring holds the air. The birds sense it, reflecting it in the excited tone of their chirping. A dusting of color, shades of pink and red, graces the tips of tree branches in the distance.
Morning air still brings a chill.
The lid of the Box cracks open. Colored flashes of light escape, hinting at what is to be revealed. Sounds also emanate from the box, calling out in notes familiar, yet hard to recall like a lucid dream fading like smoke upon Awakening.
Early arrivals, the bluebells whisper their story in voices too low for most to hear, their spicy fragrance gathered by inhaling slowly through the nose. Daffodils show up next to the party, splashes of bright yellow against the brown and green, like dappled beams of sunlight striking the forest floor.
New buds stir with life, as Nature opens its arms to embrace the season.
An ancient cycle, yet always Fresh.

Atmospheric aerosol spraying operations continue here in Central North Carolina amidst gradually warming conditions. Along with the usual chemical brew floating in the air, which continues to include ice particles closer to the ground, there’s my constant suspicion, as a Septuagenarian (fancy word for coming up 72 blessed years next month… and I suspect others of us here can remember the REAL sky days), as to just ‘What’s in Their current Brew-Concoction for this week’? At times, the spray trails are unseen. Other times, silver jets skim through the clouds. They leave unnatural skies. Today I saw rose-gray clouds lined up across the horizon, parallel like mattress slats. And even a short walk outside with my little Maltese, starts my nose dripping and a tickle in my throat. Lately They are allowing Spring temperatures while keeping a firm grip on those ‘cool downs’.
We get almost clear skies (still floating with particulates, as Dane has described a myriad of times), then They gradually block the sunlight with the icy needles and we cool down again. Over and over!
Mostly I’m writing in to say I’m thankfully still here on Earth and able to listen to this website ~ and Continue Standing with You Dane; Always! and Soooo thankful for this amazing virtual Gathering Place where ALL are writing in to share ideas, information, support and more. Even if We are only a small percentage ~ We are ONE in Strength of Learning, Seeking Truth and Encouraging each other! A bucket of water can sit under a faucet drip and suddenly- it’s full! Last week, I wrote a letter to a reporter from the Texas Tribune asking her WHY her article (on the severe ice storms there), made NO mention of weather modification programs or Chemical Ice Nucleation for Weather Modification. Of course, I referred the Journalist–a new graduate from the U of Texas at Austin–why this important information was kept from her readers. I'll let Dane /GeoEWatch viewers know IF I get a response. Of course, I sent her lots of details, plus this website. Maybe some viewers can ALSO send her an e-mail? Her name was A. Samuels. I'm not sure I'm allowed to give her e-mail here, so I won't, BUT the Texas Tribune website gives it. Her article on the ice storms appeared in their 2/17 issue. The Food and Agriculture Organization's Food Price Index rose for a ninth consecutive month in February, hitting levels not seen since July 2014, led by sugar and vegetable oils.
The FAO Food Price Index (FFPI) measures the monthly change in international prices of a basket of food commodities, such as cereals, oilseeds, dairy products, meat, and sugar. FFPI average 116 for the month, versus 113.2 in January.

Bill Gates Foundation Funded Genomics Firm 'Mining' DNA Data Through COVID Tests
BGI Genomics—the Chinese Communist Party-linked genomics firm flagged by U.S. officials as “mining” the DNA of Americans—has collaborated extensively with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The National Pulse can reveal.
The company has recently come under fire following a 60 Minutes exposé on the company’s use of COVID-19 tests to “collect, store and exploit biometric information” on American citizens, according to former U.S. intelligence officials. What’s more, a recent Reuters article linked the firm to the Chinese Communist Party’s military.
… September of 2012, the Microsoft founder’s foundation signed a “Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a collaboration on global health and agricultural development with the goal of achieving common objectives in health and agricultural development.”
The co-founder of BGI praised the agreement, celebrating the forthcoming “scientific breakthroughs in the areas of human, plant and animal genomics.” He also revealed that the collaborative efforts focused on sequencing genomes—the precise activity flagged for national security threats in the 60 Minutes segment:

Weather Warfare in Texas – Snow That Doesn’t Melt – Dane Wigington

Climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington says the big snow storm that hit Texas and much of the south is nothing short of weather warfare. Look at the snow that won’t burn in video after video. It’s synthetic, but the mainstream media (MSM) is telling you this is a “hoax”. This is anything but normal. Wigington says, “The bottom line in regard to the flash freeze that Texas was just hit with, we can debate the agenda behind these operations, but the fact that this was not an act of nature is beyond scientific question. . . .Those neck deep in the weather modification program are dictating what the scheduled weather will be. Because of the illegal federal gag order on the National Weather Service and NOAA, our nation’s weather people are actually reading scripts given to them by the geo-engineers themselves. We announced on February 6, almost two weeks before this event happened, that this was coming. So, there is no question this was a massive act of weather warfare. This is only a mere extreme example of what’s been occurring all over the globe for decades. It’s getting worse all the time because the unfolding climate collapse is getting worse all the time. It’s being further fueled by climate engineering. Expect such events to continue and worsen rapidly.”
Snow that doesn’t melt? What a great story, and, yet, we hear nothing in the news except it’s “fake” or a “hoax”. Weather people must be getting lots of videos showing the Texas snow that won’t melt. Why the silence? Why is the (MSM) calling this a “hoax”? Don’t believe your lying eyes says the MSM!! Wigington says, “All these weather agencies and (MSM) sources’ main job is to cover the tracks of the geoengineering (artificial modification of the Earth’s climate). Can you imagine if people all over the globe woke up to the fact that their weather has been completely hijacked and derailed? Then every single weather cataclysm becomes suspect as a result of these operations. This is toxic. We are breathing in these particles of heavy metals, polymers and surfactants. This hurts our immune system and makes us more susceptible to pathogens like CV19. Can you imagine if populations were awakened to the fact that they were doing this to them without their knowledge or consent? They are subjecting them to an experiment for which there is no return. GeoengineeringWatch.org is not a political organization. We are only trying to awaken people to the fact that we are under a very real and immediate assault. . . .The Texas Gulf Coast was recording temperatures that were 30 degrees colder than what was being recorded at the North Pole, and we are not being told that.”
Just when you thought it could not get worse, it does. Did geoengineering (commonly referred to as chemtrails) play a role in the CV19 so-called “Plandemic”? Wigington says yes, and he says, “Just look at the facts.” Wigington explains, “When you look at this statistically, you had 85 countries infected over the course of three days. That does not fit into any known model for a pathogen to spread that rapidly. There were different strains showing up in different regions. . . .The notion that this just spread by itself to that degree does not match any statistical possibility.”
Wigington backs up what he says with data, video and pictures of extreme weather caused by geoengineering. Wigington cites just one of thousands of examples on his site and says, “At GeoEngineeringWatch.org, you can search the ‘engineering winter’ section and look at the images we have. For example: 75 pound ice balls that are perfectly spherical ice balls on the shores of Lake Michigan, Baltic Sea and Arctic Sea in waters that are far too warm to support ice. In Lake Michigan, we had 40 pound ice balls in water that was 40 degrees. How can that possibly happen? We have pictures of Boston Harbor slushed over with ice where the sea water was 40 degrees as well. Sea water does not freeze until 28.4 degrees. How can this happen on this water body? It’s because of chemically nucleated dispersions. We are simply asking people to look at the data. Look at the patents. . . . One of their primary goals is to mask the severity of the environmental collapse from the population until the last possible minute to keep the population from panicking. They are so desperate to do this. . . .”
