Sky striping appears to be a major operation of the deep state, that operation whose mask is government and whose interests are inimical to the public good and commonwealth. SAG is a public health and “climate change” story of underrated significance.
In light of FOIA obscurities, perhaps the best way to tell the story is for the person who wants to talk about the program to avoid making electronic contact with a journalist and to meet him in person. He would have to show up at that journalist’s office or his house unannounced, driving a borrowed car, sans his wireless phone. He would present photocopies or a typed document to the reporter. Or a disk. Or a thumb drive. He might hand over a disposable F$35 Raspberry Pi computer not connected to the Internet. The whistleblower and writer would conduct an interview in a room without any computers present. It could take place after nightfall or on a cloudy day (to defeat some satellite coverage), and no one would know the two individuals had met. An interview would take several hours. Setting it up would be attended with inconveniences, but would not be impossible to arrange. Logistics would be a problem if the whistleblower lives in a city different than the reporter’s. It would be cumbersome to make such a contact. What if the source knocks on the reporter’s door at 10 p.m. and his suspicious wife says he’s just gone out of town for two days?
The meeting would be old-style gumshoe, entirely apart from national economy.
Like cash vs. the credit card. Like the personal letter vs. the email. Like a chat over a coffee vs. a phone call. Like a printout over an emailed attachment. The dissenter would have to disengage from his digital avatar. He and the reporter would commune face to face.
Totally personal. Totally private. Totally local economy.

Who are these scumbags responsible for this shit.
All it takes is an order from a federal judge to put a stop to all this geoengineering nonsense, based on existing environmental laws. Dane has MORE than enough evidence for that kind of order, and a judge further could order release of information–classified or not–as well as appoint a special prosecutor to investigate. Geoengineering is bigger than Watergate, and I'm surprised–shocked, really–that there hasn't been ANY litigation! Where are all the lawyers?!
Preamble Project (and Everyone)…I seem to be unable to upload an image that speaks to what you suggest. So, if you or anyone can, check out the TV show "Elementary," Episode 12, "The One That Got Away," that aired January 29, 2015. Near the beginning of the show, there is an image with the caption "New Scotland Yard 8 Months Ago." In the sky is the classic chemtrail "X" directly above the building, with other chemtrails in the sky to each side of the building.
A "first" for me in the observance of "Sky Spider" and Sky Spiderweb activities:
While watching the 1997(?) movie "Mousehunt," with a very funny set of scenes w/ Christopher Walken, about two thirds of the way through, when Walken's extermination service van shows up, there's a long shot of the van driving up a long, long driveway. There's a nice, thin chemtrail going from top of screen to the horizon. Then there's a cut to a less-long-shot, and the chemtrail is in the same position, but it has spread out to three times or so it's previous width.
So, in addition to home-pix of the sky, we should all start paying attention to the sky images in movies, video shoots, on-location reporting, everywhere there's sky showing. Could then get elapsed minute-position of these "frozen in celluloid" moments, maybe get date, time, location (and out-takes), to broaden the library of sightings.

The only thing about face to face, is whose face is it, on both sides of the aisle. Is the reporter legit? Is the whistleblower legit? We have all heard about the infiltrators and perpetrators and patsy, etc. Nobody really knows who anyone is these days.
